“The property and unit are beautiful and right on the beach. The unit isn't very big but just the perfect size for a couple. Its also just far enough out of town to feel peaceful but close enough to easily be able to do things. We noticed a few things needed repair when we arrived (nothing urgent and not a big deal to us) like broken hooks for the blinds the owner was very responsive so I'm sure if it would have been an urgent matter their response would have been wonderful. “We had a wonderful time in Traverse City. The L studio was a great find. Communication with the owners was top notch and very speedy. Loved how close it was to shops and food. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The studio was perfect for two. Has everything you need and more. Loved that we could park in a garage. We recommend going to Archie’s social house and Firefly for great food and service! Enjoyed every second of our stay.”

“Very cute and comfortable condo. Walkable distance to everything, a very short drive up Old Mission Peninsula, and less than a hour to Frankfort. Parking was included which is HUGE! The only potential drawback is that it’s on the 3rd floor but this wasn’t an issue for us - we enjoyed being on the top floor. Jeff provided detailed info and directions; and responded very quickly to questions. We had a great stay and would recommend! (Be sure to check out Cousin Jenny’s downstairs if you like...
