    Artfully decorated downtown condo close to everything! Two blocks from Front Street and all downtown has to offer; restaurants, bars, beaches, festivals, and more! King bed and a pull out couch sleeps four. Stocked kitchen, private laundry, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. Garden level with one set of stairs. This condo is located at the corner of Cass St and E Eighth Street in the heart of downtown. Parking is first-come-first-serve with the Olde Town Parking Garage next door.

The place is in a perfect location. We walked to so many places because it’s truly in the heart of downtown. There was a hiccup with check in because the code to get in the main door had changed that morning. We had a problem with the bedroom TV and they came right away and took care of it. The washer and dryer need to be much bigger in order to wash the sheets and the towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, tastefully decorated

We were in town for the night and stayed in this beautiful condo. The decor was modern and beautiful, and every detail was accounted for. We felt very safe and welcome. We will definitely look to stay here if we visit the area again!

It was a cute place to stay and not far from anything really.

I loved staying there it was a lot of fun. The only thing I wish was different was the parking, they should make a bigger parking lot.

Hiking at Sleeping Bear

My husband and I stayed at this property and hiked 2 days at Sleeping Bear, he played golf at Sugar Loaf, and we went kayaking on the Crystal River. We had dinner in downtown Traverse City every night. Great apartment and great location!

Nice place near Downtown

Great unit with everything you need in one place. Stayed there with my 2 young kids and could walk to most everywhere we needed. Had a few minor hiccups, but the owner Ryan was reachable and quickly helped me resolve. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location

Loved the location of the property. We walked many places. Convenient for food, shopping, etc.. Only complaints: parking was an issue and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Property was clean and instructions for check in/out were great. No need to contact anyone.

Nice condo

Cute clean small condo close to the main strip in Traverse City. Only a couple of improvements I’d make: the bathroom needs a trash can and the dryer lint trap should be checked more regularly (seems like a fire hazard). I also found wet towels in the washer. But these bits were minor and overall we enjoyed our stay

5 Night Stay

The overall experience was very good. The location of the condo was outstanding. I would like to see a few more spaces in the parking lot. 4 of the nights we had to park in the paid parking garage. You had to be extra careful in the shower as the drain was recessed. But other than that, it was great, and we would definitely stay there again.

Really comfy bed

The bed was super comfortable and the sheets and bedding and towels very nice, the place was GREAT overall and very clean! Had trouble with the living room TV remote, the battery was dead or something else might have been wrong with it, but it didn’t work and there were no replacement batteries available. Capri is a very high quality building and property and the location is perfect!
