“El hotel está muy bien pero está enmedio de casas no hay comercios”

“small , well equipped, we'll worth the visit”

“La experiencia ha sido nefasta ya que teníamos una reserva de dos habitaciones , y por la mañana de ese mismo día nos lo cancelaron sin entender el motivo ”

“The accommodation is “Airb&b style”, so no service on site. However when I had a problem with access I got immediate attention on the phone. The room was reasonably clean, bedlinen and towels spotless. Shower, hot water etc. working fine, shower gel supplied, kettle available with plenty of tea and coffee. A wee bit shabby outside of the room but I gather they are still working on it. Cleaner/maid friendly. Value for money and I suspect but don’t know for sure that it will improve...

“We stayed in Kilmarnock for a family occasion but we would return to the hotel as a base for visiting the area which has some beautiful spots and lots of history. Friendly hotel, nice room, restaurant was excellent and overall good experience. Thank you.”

“They never cleaned my room once and I was there for 7 days....I had to go ask for toilet paper and towels........some staff were nice others rather curt....I found the food awful only ate there 3 times that was enough for me did not like the fact you had to go up to the bar order food pay for before I sat down...........Now I have left a necklace there by mistake I have phoned my cousin in the same town and asked her to check with them in room 108 we will see if it has been had back to the...

“We could not gain entry to the hotel since we were not told how to do so at check in. This resulted in us sleeping on our friends floor. When we arrived the next morning and told the staff this they simply told us to refer to their T&Cs. I mentioned that I had not read them and expecting any paying guest to do so was not realistic. The staff were not sympathetic or helpful about this matter.”

“Servicio regular al hacer la habitación llegaron tarde para hacerla y mal hecho. La ventana no cerraba está en mal estado. No tenía la habitación aire acondicionado ”

“Sitio idílico muy recomendable el mejor de los 4 que hemos estado en Escocia con diferencia totalmente recomendable limpio con buenos servicios y gran desayuno de los mejores q he probado”

“The bar area downstairs was lovely .”
