“En la habitacion las patas de las camas estan salidas hacia afuera y mi esposo se pegó y se rompió el dedo del pie, Tuvimos que ir al hospital con la emergencia y el Manager del hotel solo nos dió la direccion del hospital. No nos ofreció ningún apoyo de ningun tipo, ni económico, nigun seguro de accidente médico, ningun servicio de emergencia, ningún reembolso por la habitación, nada. Teníamos dos habitaciones rentadas para ese fin de semana. Muy mal servicio en ese aspecto.”

“The property has been sold as of Jan 2026 and according to office staff, renovations are underway. My room was in good condition with the exception of the privacy blinds which were dusty and inoperable. I was otherwise satisfied with my room, but would have liked to have had a microwave. Staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities are great for families who want to have fun with their kids. “After a nightmarish travel day in which our flight was cancelled and we had to have an overnight layover, the hotel was gracious enough to save our room, and were extremely helpful in making us comfortable. This was especially helpful because we both ended up sick while there, and needed to have a nice place to recover. The room was quiet, the staff was terrific, the amenities were awesome and the location couldn't be better. It's right across the street from the bus and rail station.”
