“It was our first time renting here and we absolutely loved it! We rented sea kayaks and had THE MOST amazing time paddling all around Long Cove! While out on the water, we spotted herons, seals, terns, cormorants, and bald eagles—unforgettable moments that will stay with us a lifetime. Vanessa and Paul were kind, communicative, and incredibly gracious hosts. “The cabin was nestled far enough back from the road with great surrounding trees that it felt very private and quiet. We loved the cabin, it was clean and cute and had everything we needed! Perfect town for a quiet getaway, beach, history, dining, it was perfect!”

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”
