“We had the most amazing stay at this house near Scarborough Beach! The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—truly above and beyond any other rental we’ve ever had. There was plenty of space, making it perfect for a family vacation, and it felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. “Great location as others have stated. We spent our whole trip walking to shops, restaurants, and even the cliff walk and mansions. The place was spacious enough, clean and well appointed. Having off the street parking was great. The window blinds allow light, but keep privacy. Small recommendations…bring a portable fan if you like a fan while sleeping. There were none in the house, nor ceiling fans. AC works very well, but I like air movement and didn’t want the windows open and get too warm....

“Beautiful interior renovation, clean, and well stocked with kitchenware. Upstairs bathroom may be challenging for anyone taller than 6’ 2”, but the downstairs bathroom will be fine. Location is great for attending local activities. ”

“We had a wonderful two-night stay at this beach house! The location was perfect, we loved being able to walk right to the beach. The outdoor shower was such a nice touch after sandy days, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck and enjoying the backyard. Cozy, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for!”

“The house had a deck with the woods behind. Deer came out in the morning. Great fire pit and hammock in the back also. Pictures are accurate. Great proximity to Newport. Nice quiet spot for a relaxing evening after going to Newport. Jamestown has great restaurants and is a very nice old town. I would say be aware that there is a spiral staircase that some people might have a problem navigating. We did not. Property owner was very responsive and nice. We would come back.”

A few times when planning to head out for drinks or a meal, we rethought why do we want to go to a restaurant with outdoor seating when it’s already right in front of us, so we chose to stay in. “We had a mixed crew of kids and adults. We loved the house! It's a little small, which we expected but great location and lots of charm. We utilized the front patio grill and also the backyard firepit. Had a few visitors and everyone enjoyed themselves. Outdoor shower is a nice touch. ”
