“As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. “This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding.”

“Amazing location, just a 10 min walk to the beach. You literally just need to bring your travel bags & that’s it! They have everything you need. So clean. Outdoor shower, huge fire pit, all beach necessities, games, central air! Beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept on. We booked again for next year already. ”

We are family we 3 teenage kids, so the 2 rooms in the back with 3 beds and shared bathroom worked extremely well for us.
