Having stayed at this location prior, I was familiar with the layout and can say that everything is perfect for a short weekend visit. Parking is right on site with come and go privileges. The location is great with a lot of local Newport attractions, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The unit was clean, complete, and had everything we needed. “We booked a 2 bedroom condo for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were told we would be moved on the last night, but that's not what the listing stated. After a long conversation with the front desk, it was clear that they were not going to change their minds. Something about deeded properties and time shares. Nothing that was stated in the listing. The person we booked through VRBO stated that they would keep us in the same room, but after discussing it with the front desk again, nope, untrue....

Great restaurants, bars and shopping within a few minutes. The unit was cleaner and much larger than expected too! The layout was very functional and the two decks were a pleasant surprise! ”

“We stayed for Salve Regina's baseball playoff weekend. This property is impeccable- location is perfect! I don't know how we found it last minute as it's often booked months in advance. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with pullout sofa bed was perfect for mom/dad, grandma, and our 21 yr old son (who said the pullout couch was comfortable!) If you see this property available, grab it while you can!”
