Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist. “We really enjoyed our stay in Bacpackers Island! The beautiful beach was breathtakingly beautiful and overall feeling very peaceful. This is a new family business and that's why there are no many reviews yet. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Food was excellent too! There are three shared toilets that were in very good condition and three outdoor showers. The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. Thank you for great party at New Year's Eve! We will never forget this...

“This was absolute disaster as we couldnt get there by car and we ended up in the middle of nowhere still waiting for a refund as we had to sleep in our car and never did get to the place wasnt accesble by car at all wouldnt ever recomend thos place should be taken off Expedia as this is a tottal trap !!!!! “Overall, you get a lot for your money with breakfast included. Sleeping in a tent is obviously very simple accomondation which we expected but what really surprised us was the loud people around us making noise until 3 in the morning. For a place like this we really expected some peace and quiet and at least a rule that says that it should be quiet after a certain time. Its really a shame that this ruined our nights here so we had to leave one day earlier. The owner payed us back for that night...

“The properly is owned and operated by a local Philippine family. They were kind and hospitable. However, there is an active construction site next door and they are VERY loud( 7am-4pm).
