“The room is not as described, the air conditioning is not working, wifi is not connecting, lacking amenities, very bad”

“This place is not suitable for any travelor. The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned. Here are some issues we found: Lack of security- The front door can open inwards and outwards because the door frame is loose. Lack of cleanliness- The couch has an odor, hair was found on the sheets, pair of panties found in a...

“The room suppers old, the host is not helpful at all”

“Can’t believable that they told us stole the cups that used to swish mouth while we were waiting for our deposit to be refunded. They didn’t want to refund our deposit and hold us back until I told them to go check on my car. Then they let’s us go. Bad service here. We were almost late for our flight.”

“won’t stay because the host doesn’t serve and look like don’t wanted we stay in is badly served”

“Great location, next to a mall, within walking distance of Dam Market, and very close to the beach. However, the cleanliness and condition of the unit were major drawbacks for me. There were stains on the bedsheet and cover, day curtains, and shower curtains. Heavy dust was also observed on the standing fan and toilet exhaust fan. There was mildew on the ceiling, as well as ants inside the unit. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to my requests which most appreciated.”
