“Great location, next to a mall, within walking distance of Dam Market, and very close to the beach. However, the cleanliness and condition of the unit were major drawbacks for me. There were stains on the bedsheet and cover, day curtains, and shower curtains. Heavy dust was also observed on the standing fan and toilet exhaust fan. There was mildew on the ceiling, as well as ants inside the unit. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to my requests which most appreciated.”

“This place is not suitable for any travelor. The building name does not match the name "Oceanus Oasis Retreat" and the only way to find the room is to contact the property manager who leads you into a different building where I assume each room is independently owned. “The room suppers old, the host is not helpful at all”

“We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area.
