“The level of service was really good, Toey was always very very reactive to any question we might have had. The swimming pool was really nice. It's a bit far from the city but it's also what makes this place very quiet day and night.”

“Bed was hard as rock. Master Bedroom did not have blackout curtains and the sun woke us up every morning at 5 am. There was mold on the curtains in the master bedroom the hot water shut off on day one of a 3 day stay. The bath towels smelled like someone pissed in them. Mold growing on the shower walls. Good quiet area, Pool was heated, Close to some tourist attractions”

“Great property and the property manager was easy to communicate with. On arrival Eva gave us a tour of the property which was much larger than we expected with a lovely outdoor area.”

“Nice spacious villa but needs much better maintenance. Property is in a village setting with security at main gate. Property can be accessed by car, bike or by taxi. The blinds in the main bedroom downstairs are dirty and guests can be seen from outside at night when light on in bedroom. They need to have a proper curtain. Kettle and toaster don’t work properly. No TV in two out of the three bedrooms. Tv in lounge small. Aircon in back downstairs bedroom dripping. ”

“The villa is very confortable ,modern and is in a good location for our family trip. The downside is the condition of the kitchen ware seem very old, and the towels in the bathrooms were in very bad condition .this was an issue when we checked out .we were charged for staining bath towels and an over charge for the power consumption. I have been to thailand over 15 times and have traveled and stayed in many places in this country.but I never experienced this kind of terrible service from an...

“This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay.”
