Vacaciones todo incluido en Isla de Samae San

It is a shame that the hotel doesn't take care of the rooms... The rooms used to be beautiful I can tell but now it looks outdated and with a lot of flaws... the rooms are screaming for a renovation. Also if you like to sleep in complete darkness then the black outs won't do the job. as it let light come in.

My stay was great and the reception staff, especially Karen, were helpful and clear. However, I encountered two issues: there was no prior mention of a deposit or the policy that keeps balconies locked for solo guests. I chose this luxury hotel for my birthday and upgraded to a high-floor river view as a treat, so being unable to access the balcony was a letdown. While I understand the policy, it should be disclosed during the booking process for single occupants. Traveling from Mexico for this specific experience only to be denied the view was frustrating. I won't stay here alone again, though the restaurants and general service were lovely and the food good. Also they said the service from the airport and it’s not incluiding.
