“We had a wonderful stay at the Uza Terrace Beach Club Villas thanks to the wonderful and kind staff! All of the staff were very friendly and went beyond what we expected, such as providing towels and water whenever we went out. They remembered our preferences such as what drinks we liked during breakfast and were always helpful throughout our stay. The villa was spacious and well kept with a good sized private pool.”

“the place was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was spacious enough to accommodate a large group comfortably. Just a 1-minute walk away is a private beach that's perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and playing in the sand. It's also close to the Blue Hole and some great local coffee shops. We'd love to stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“広くて綺麗な一軒家タイプでした。 高台に位置しており、夕焼けも海側に綺麗に見れました。部屋数も多くベッド、洗濯機、冷蔵庫等々が完備されていて不自由なく過ごすことができました。レンタカーじゃないと厳しいロケーションですが、良かったです。”

“獨立屋位置有點偏僻，自駕遊較好，但因為是這樣很寧靜舒適， 風景很優美。 屋內設施廚櫃有點殘舊， 屋主應該要翻新。如果房間可以改裝成為套廁(連著浴室) 會更好，現在有些不方便。往附近便利店 要鴐車5-8分鐘， 還可以。”

“重大疏失：給錯鑰匙盒的密碼！手機無法撥打漫遊電話，使用hotels message 也毫無回應，我們需要特別開車到附近飯店借電話，才能聯繫上民宿主人。 當下（晚上8點）民宿主人也無法直接到現場處理，前後1個多小時，才收到正確的密碼，我們實在都累壞了。 這是第二次住宿，屋裡的設備如先前一樣齊全，但戶外的露台就沒有維護，蠻可惜的。 房間採光非常好，但沒有遮光窗簾，早上5點多就會被太陽叫醒。（我很意外之前的房客沒有人反應過嗎？） 這裡的住宿環境非常幽靜，沒有什麼光害，抬頭就可以看到滿天星星。 我們忘了一個行動電源在房間裡，但留言給民宿主人，迄今沒有任何回應。 以上是我自認很中肯的住宿經驗，供參。”

“宿泊施設と連絡がほとんど取れず、非常に不安だった。 「駐車場は何台停められるか?」という質問の返信に１ヶ月以上を要した上、「１台しか停められない」と言われた。 宿泊可能人数８人に対して駐車可能台数１台は少なく、大変不便だった。 また、「宿泊前に代表者のメールアドレスと身分証が必要だから送ってほしい」と言われたが、指定されたメールアドレスが送信不能なメールアドレスであり、「違うメールアドレスを提示してほしい」と丁寧に連絡しても最後まで返信はなかった。 緊急連絡先に何度電話をしても、繋がらず、「連絡できる緊急連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージも無視された。 宿泊日前日の夜にハウスルールやチェックイン方法が送られてきたが、本当に最初から最後まで杜撰で最悪だった。”

“This is my first time ever I felt very disappointed about the booking via hotel.com due to the following reasons 1. The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed. 2.
