“When we booked we thought we booked a stay in the condos but we were booked in a Villa. This Villa was very old and had outdated TV and appliances, it was more like an old motel . We contacted the manager and explained someone had said they were upgrading us so we thought that meant the condos . We talked to management and got a room in the condos. It was a 2 br so we had to pay more. Once we were moved the room was acceptable. We will not stay here again. We had to pay extra for moving rooms...

The bedroom AC was a through window unit that was loud but worked. The lamps in the bedroom were broken. No kitchen just a small kitchenette as advertised. I have stained in several VRBO units for both work and pleasure and this one was not up to the standards I have experienced ”

"Super sweet, but there is no front desk or staff at this hotel. The hotel was great; charming,veo many nice touches everywhere. The beds and linens were super soft. I guess I didn't read the part where there was not a staff member on site to greet or help. The keyless check-in was fine, I just missed a human. Guess I'm getting old."
