“The location was amazing. There were 4 of us. Plenty of room. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Towel racks in the bathroom near the bedroom with two beds would be good. Another railing on the steps down to the window seats would be a good addition. A couple more outdoor chairs would be nice addition.I'd stay there again. Nice neighborhood, great place to walk. View from sitting room window is priceless.”

“We loved our family time at Scimitar Ridge Ranch! Plenty of room to spread out for privacy as well as great spaces to congregate. We were charmed by the resident sheep and alpaca, and never tired of the gorgeous views. The location is both perfectly secluded and ideal for exploring the area. The Ranch was very clean, well stocked and comfortable, and the team was very responsive to our needs and questions. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful retreat!”

“The units are either new or just renovated. Still has the new smell. Very clean and awesome setup! Super comfy beds. We have a family of four and it was perfect for us. Super convenient. Don’t let the “no parking spot” scare you. We always found a daytime spot right out front, and an overnight spot just a couple blocks away. We stayed four nights and had an amazing time! ”

“Cottage was as described except the bushes in the back yard have grown so the lawn is in the shade most of the day and you can only see the small part of the lagoon shown in the photo unless you walk down to the gate that says private property (to nextdoor), from where you can see the rest of the lagoon and the toilet blocks next to the ramp that the Sea Quest bioluminescence kayakers launch from. “We have an annual scooter trip to the islands and first time at Orcas. This is a wonderful location, though there is one spot on the way up to the house that's peculiar, seems to be a hoarder. Neighbors are quiet, and the view and overall vibe are A. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but was perfect for us as we unloaded the scooters and didn't have to adjust the parking at all during our stay. The host Tina is exceptional- highly attentive and accommodating. Would stay again!”
