“Comfortable bed, and good location a few minutes walk from beach. Pictures are deceiving though. Very tight spaces, especially bathroom, and 2 lanterns randomly hanging in living area that my husband kept hitting his head on. The screened porch needs a power wash, and over all a tired unit, but worked fine for our needs and not expensive off season.”

Our host EJ was kind, very informative and the villa was exactly what we were looking for. Coffee on the porch overlooking the lagoon watching the wildlife. Short bike ride to the beach. An afternoon at the pool. Shopping and eating at Freshfields. Can’t wait to go back.”

“We enjoyed staying on the Island and being on the golf course. The unit was clean and well-equipped. It’s super close to the beach and shopping. The only issue is there were no check-in / check-out instructions other than the code to get in.”

“Great location, beautiful area. But, the WIFI did not work - we had to jump onto WIFI of an adjacent unit. We couldn't figure out how to use the TV - more detailed instructions on how to use a ROKU TV would have helped. The dishwasher had water in the bottom when we opened it and loaded it; then it leaked during the cycle; then it started again by itself once the cycle finished and it did not leak the next time; and then it started a third time after the second cycle so we shut it off. “We come to Kiawah multiple times a year, and love to stay at this location in the spring! It is fantastic proximity to all we love to do - beach, tennis, biking to Freshfields, as well as visits to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary! This is our second visit to this particular rental and we will certainly be back”

“Location and views were great, the condo was very nice although it was a rainy weekend and the tvs were tiny, especially the bedrooms. The master bedroom tv was a joke, it was so small that it couldn't be used. The listing should also state that even though there is a cofee pot and kuereg, there isn't any coffee for either and no condiments like sugar etc. The combo lock was a real pain in the neck, all things that could easily be corrected or upgraded.”
