"We had a lovely stay overall and really enjoyed the experience. One important suggestion for the hotel would be to provide rubber non-slip mats in the rooms, especially when there are young children or elderly guests staying. "The staff were not helpful. The buggy service was hard to come by and the coordination between Westin and this resort was not well done. Overall average but not recommended."

"Location wise, nothing in Pollux mall except one children indoor playzone. Nothing else. Prepare to travel out. Room, 11th floor wifi not working. Couldnt connect at all.
