“The team that worked there were really good, a bit of detail needed in some rooms from wear and tear. Nothing major just detailing and a bit more training with the team on how to handle situations. I.E We asked for a certain meal but we got an augomagic response that the kitchen was busy and wouldn’t be able to. Bug the previous it was ok. ”

“Amazing place. Big bedrooms with more than the needed stuff. Incredibly comfortable and big bed. Hotel friendly staff is very helpful and attentive all the time, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast is indescribable. I have never seen such a big and diverse buffet. “I stayed here before COVID. On this second stay, the hotel did show some wear and tear, but overall, the room is still quite clean. The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. Some of unregistered guests even venture into the hotel/pool area - very unsafe. I hate that the hotel allows people to kayak right on the beach where swimmers are - also unsafe. At breakfast, the...
