“Overall had a great stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good location but it’s not on the Main Street. It’s along a narrow corridor. There’s a shuttle to the nearby malls so that helps. If I had issues to pick one would be the breakfast place on mezzanine floor. It’s relatively small and food may be too spicy for the foreign visitor (like myself) & non spicy options are limited I would also love to try Indonesian kuehs. “部屋も広く、スタッフもみんな親切で複数回、宿泊しています。ひとつだけ、かなり深刻な問題を指摘すると、アメニティのシャンプーが酷すぎます。おそらくハンドソープと同じものなのではないでしょうか。泡立ちも悪い上、紙がバサバサになります。普段、そんな事を気にしない短髪、天然パーマの男性の自分が言うのですから、一般的な女性にとってはこれだけで2度と来ない理由になると思いますので、今すぐに変更するべきです。さらに複数回の宿泊いずれもポンプからなかなかシャンプーが出ないのでおそらくポンプそのものが欠陥なのだと思います。すぐに改善できる事なのでお願いします。”

“Solid budget apartment hotel. It’s functional, rooms are spacious, and clean. Despite having a loud family next to us, the walls were quite insular, blocking out a lot of noise. ”

“Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful ”

“Booked for 3 nights, 2 bedrooms apartment, it’s actually 1 bedroom but they convert the living room for another room, so no living room/dining area. I love the facilities & security within the property - you only can access it with the access card, even to the outdoor pool, limited to 1 person, you could ask another 2 extra with the front desk. “I originally only booked a 2 nights stay but I loved the apartment so much I extended 2 times and ended being there for one week. Everything about the apartment was brilliant , the size ,cleanliness , air conditioner was brilliant , had to turn it off at times because it was so cold. "The AC was leaking. I told reception and they never repaired it. My room had a terrible smell and there was no AC in common areas. The hotel is old and in bad conditions. "
