The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night. Awesome TV with easy access to streaming services. So much was provided - cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, cutting boards, etc… and location was beautiful, directly adjacent to the woods and lots of birds and wildlife in the vicinity. “Lovely log cabin on Texada. Please note this is a paved road, but most are not paved, but gravel. It is a ways downhill to the beach so no beach access from the cabin if you have mobility issues. Cabin well stocked with what you need for cooking your own meals. Upstairs is only accessible by ladder. We had great adventures seeing the rare spotted turtles and climbing mountains. Unfortunately waterfall was dried up when we went in April. ”

I was in the one that was sort of the living room, and my friend was in the one with the kitchen on the bottom and the bed in the loft above. There was a shared bathroom in a separate building between the two and a large deck connecting everything. Just to highlight: full Kitchen and accessories, BBQ, TV ( which we didn't even use because we were having too great of a time there), bathroom shower and tub, fully stocked as expected, even a hairdryer, heated floors, balcony deck, fire pit with free wood, and access to laundry too!Loved the privacy and short walk to the private access beach.
