Great large home!

We stayed at this home for our visit to Yellowstone - from the west entrance. It was in a nice spacious and quiet neighborhood. Had great views of the lake and the surrounding area. The bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, porch was huge and they even provided a bag set which we used each night! Location is excellent if you want to see Yellowstone and the surrounding area and also enjoy beautiful views from a lovely home.

Amazing upscale rustic grand log home

This was a family vacation. My boyfriend and I brought our adult children on vacation to show them Yellowstone, The Grand Tetons and the beauty of Idaho. We saw so much wildlife including a Moose at Henry's Fork river. Home was very well equipped with every Kitchen Utensil and appliance. Everyone was in awe of how beautiful the home was. I prefer a very soft bed, so master bed was a little hard for me but I would absolutely go back. It was so beautiful and perfect for our large party.

Spacious property convenient for Yellowstone

Our 2 families stayed here for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed the location and the property. There were enough bedrooms for us all to spread out and one member of our party really enjoyed the loft bedroom! There's no A/C but plenty of windows that can be opened to get the air moving, and also plenty of fans. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the firepit area, although it is exposed to when the wind blows a fire may not be the best idea. From the firepit area there's a nice view over the reservoir and we experienced a couple of excellent sunsets. The porch wraps around the property and there were loads of rocking chairs and regular chairs for people to sit out and enjoy the scenery and the outdoors. We spent our days in Yellowstone and it really is not far from this property to West Yellowstone. The road is easy and it is quick drive. Planning ahead is a good idea as it's no quick trip to the local store if you have forgotten anything, or need firewood. Basics are 15 minutes each way away.

Beautiful Views - Great Cabin

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay while visiting Yellowstone. The cabin was clean, in great condition, and had plenty of space for all 11 of us. We enjoyed spending time at the cabin and visiting the area attractions and restaurants.

Really nice and cozy place. Direction to locate the property was not clear. Very nicely and tastefully decorated property. it would be nice to have direct access road from property to lake . There were more than enough utensils , linens, towels etc for our group of 12 . Everything was as mentioned on website . See if you can improve Wi-Fi and TV at little lower elevation.

Beautiful setting. Worked well for our family. Only problem was some of the people that slept upstairs said it got hot. Maybe larger fans in the upstairs bedrooms would help this.

Great location 40 minutes away from yellow stone west gate

Positive: great location ideal for outdoors activities like dirt bikes, canoeing. Very well designed house with the dancing bear theme. Sore point: there are a lot of rules for the guests which we were not informed before. Like garbage disposal only in landfill, wash and dry the bad linen before leaving. Very old sound system not connecting to modern devices. WiFi was not enough strength. We were struggling to connect our devices. The property needs to have fans during the summer when the temperature rises. Will advice anyone to weigh in the pros and cons before booking.

Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful place to stay and relax. The night time view of the moon reflecting off the water of the lake is so mesmerizing. It is very cool at night and has nice temps during the day. Cabin very clean, everything you need to cook with is there. Some beds are a little harder than others but are pretty comfy. The loft in one of the upstairs bed room is really nice for older kiddos. Everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.
