“The house is beautiful and the staff is nice; if you dont like seeing the housekeeper and property manager popping up in and at the house unannounced every single day then this isn't the place for you; Master bedroom is huge and nice but was hot the entire week and the TV in the master bedroom was broken; I also didn't like that you have to pay a light bill upon checking out but other than those few things the house is amazing ”

“The villa was exceptionally clean and close to the main attractions. My only issue was that because the owner uses two separate Nest brand thermostats to control the up/downstairs temperatures. The thermostat temperature setting would automatically adjust throughout the day to a higher degree causes us to manually readjust the temperature to a lower degree setting (especially at night) since it was warmer outside. ”

“We rented one size of this duplex for a week for two adults. The place is very clean, very quiet and very safe. There is parking spot for your car, on the side of the house there are clotheslines we were happy to use for items that should not go into a dryer. “The screened in porch is incredible. We spent almost all of our time out there. Everything is well stocked for the beach. I really appreciated the cooler and beach chairs. Ariel is awesome, super attentive and responsive. Location is walkable to most everything including grocery store. We did have some ants attack the toothbrush holder (once cleaned it did not happen again) and found a couple tiny lizards inside. Really tiny. It’s an older house, and you have to expect that. Or maybe they snuck...

“Advert not encouraging with the chain link fence. Too dark inside needs a complete internal paint job. Lighting in the kitchen inadequate. Bathroom needs re tiling or re grouting. Shower head didn't work properly. Seating by TV uncomfortable. Mish mash of kitchen utensils and pans looks like cast offs from other homes. No small sharp knives or potato peeler. Aircon old and inefficient - non in main living area. Isolation OK but should be warned about the track and the need for a high ground...

Estuvimos 6 noches y en ningún momento fueron a realizar la limpieza del cuarto y proporcionarnos más artículos de higiene (champú, jabón, papel higiénico), aún y cuando se les pidió en más dos ocasiones. Por otro lado expedía afirma que los impuestos del 40% son por parte del hotel sin embargo en el hotel no cobran mas que el 12% de IVA... Jamás vuelvo a utilizar los servicios de expedia ”
