“Property was great. But we had no water for one of our three days of our stay. We had to call to get someone out to fix it, and they didn’t know how. It set the tone for our stay.”

“Perfect for us close location wise for visiting my so at college, close to freeport for shopping, house was so comfortable and had amazing views. Everything you needed was supplied, cant wait to visot again”

“The cottage was amazing! Tranquil and quiet. We enjoyed the scull boats that passed each morning while enjoying the amazing sunrises. Close to so many places to enjoy lobster and the scenery of the Ocean. Do yourself a favor and take the short trip to Bailey Island and eat at Cooks Lobster and Ale House! Words cannot describe the food and the location at sunset. Check in was a breeze. Super clean! We would return without any hesitation!”

“My husband, 5 yo daughter and I stayed here for a wedding we were attending. The location is perfect, so close to the best beach in Southern ME. They provided a lot of items to make the stay comfortable. There were 2 things that we really didn’t enjoy. One was arriving on vacation and having to make our own beds. Bit of a pain. And the bed size and comfort, could have really used a queen bed and updated mattress in the primary bedroom. ”

“This property is so beautiful!! Great location to explore tons of places. Picturesque and peaceful is an understatement! The bedroom is like being in the clouds surrounded by an Apple tree and a beautiful backyard! Wall to wall windows allow you to view the night sky and the moon! “The stairs and upper landing were difficult for a 76 yr old. suggest a 2nd small railing at the landing. No upstairs bathroom made things a bit difficult at night. Other than that the place was great.”

“An absolutely perfect home. It has everything you need. Jenn and Jake were so easy to communicate with. They shared numerous, places in the area to dine and visit during our short stay. We wish we could have extended our vacation at their lovely home. It was perfect!We have already recommended this vacation home to family and friends!”

“Boomfish Cottage is a cozy place with everything you could need . It was clean , comfy and serene . It provided the perfect calm for us during a weekend long family wedding at nearby Caswell Flower Farm . It was also easy access for an older person ( me) as well as small children and my little ShihTzu rescue dogs . My granddaughters came by and loved catching minnows in the still warm lake. Extra bonus was enjoying the peak foliage at the lake . Eric , the property manager was very communicative...
