“Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. ”

“It was thought South Seas would be a high quality stay. It was dirty everywhere I looked. I had to call property mgr several times bc instructions to enter were unclear, tv had no batteries in the remote, and just unclean overall. She was very nice, brought batteries, took filthy rug and offered to have place cleaned. I wrote her of a few of the examples of dirt and said it would disrupt my stay when it should have been cleaned already. I love Captiva, the quietness and slow pace even after the...

“We loved our stay in this condo. Great location, beautiful view and It had everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation. The murphy bed was a great addition, perfect for our teenager. Still some construction noise and vehicles around the South Seas property but all to be expected and did not effect our trip at all. We still enjoyed the beaches and the pool with no issues.”
