“Great cottage to use as a base to discover the area. Well equipped, quiet and close to restaurants and shopping.”

We had great weather all week and the cottage was centrally located near all the places we wanted to visit. “We would have preferred to be closer to town but the drive wasn't too far. Place was spotless, kitchen well equipped. Setting very pretty on the water but our weather did not allow us to enjoy it fully. Lots of birds to watch, deer, even a fox walked by.”

“We liked very much our stay at Wilson's Coastal Club! The cottage was better than the description, everything was well organised and explained. Bring looneys if you need to use the dryer! And there is also a little private beach and a trail on the other side of the street (part of the program Rails to Trails). We regretted having booked only one night!!”

“We loved this property! So clean and just a beautiful location. We grilled a couple of nights and sat outside looking at the amazing view. The location was perfect to go into Lunenburg such a gorgeous city. We did love the keyless entry. We would recommend one hundred percent! ”

“The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great. ”

“The property was lovely. Kitchen fully equipped! Bathtub was huge! View of waterfront perfect. Best part was the private wood heated salt water hot tub. Just what we needed after a long day of visiting all the amazing sites. ”

“Nice cottage, comfortable bed and couch, beautiful view. Unique wood-fired hot tub. Two suggestions: 1) supply little milk and creamers for coffee. 2) make it more clear when asking if a heat up for the hot tub is desired prior to visit that this is a service for 75.00. I didn't see this on the text on my phone and would probably just have started it myself and waited until later to enjoy the hot tub.”

“When you walk into the house, there is a chalkboard sign in the kitchen reading “Welcome Home”. It truly says it all.The house is spacious, well decorated, very comfortable and welcoming. Everything you want when traveling, including a washer/dryer.The location was ideal for visiting Peggy’s Cove, Halifax and the must see historical town of Lunenburg. Oh, and the sunsets “at home”… amazing!! Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. Many thanks!! ”

The house was just as described and the perfect place for us to stay for our 30th anniversary trip to Nova Scotia. The views were amazing, the beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the cozy fire. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Nearby Polly's Cove is a beautiful hike. We highly recommend this property!”

“Thanks to Arlene and Randy for an awesome 5 night stay in their well stocked ( couldn’t think of one thing that was not there that one needed) cozy cottage right across road on St Margaret’s Bay . You drive up to a bright turquoise home with a side and front deck with lots of chairs overlooking the ocean with decorative beach theme and a beautiful yard filled with lupins and annual pots of flowers . Arlene greeted us and showed us everything inside the cottage . Loved all the extras like...
