En todo momento se ocuparon de nuestro equipaje hasta que nos dejaron adelante de nuestro bungalow. “This was, without question, the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I have travelled extensively across Europe, the Americas, and Asia for both work and leisure, and this experience fell far below any reasonable 5-star standard especially disappointing as it was our honeymoon. From the start, the experience was disorganised. We had emailed the hotel in advance with our arrival time, yet upon arrival we were informed we were booked on a later boat, creating immediate confusion and stress....
