Esta vivienda est�� situada directamente al otro lado de la calle de acceso a la playa. Ha sido renovado recientemente con la decoraci������n de la playa y está a sólo unos pasos del Atlántico! Disfrute de la parrilla en la terraza y descansar en el porche cerrado (con bonificaci��n sof��-cama). Caracter��sticas Acceso a la piscina comunitaria y pistas de tenis, ya cinco minutos a pie de restaurantes y tiendas de la isla. Internet inalámbrico, TV por cable / DVD, parrilla de gas, estacionamiento cubierto, ducha al aire libre, pisos de madera, encimeras de mármol y electrodom�����sticos de acero inoxidable, TV de pantalla plana / DVD en la sala de estar y cada habitación.

Spring break getaway

Overall, a wonderful place to stay! Conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, grocery, etc. Very clean! Our family would definitely visit again!

Great get-a-way

This property definitely suited our needs. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location. Very quiet The beds are very comfortable for a good nights rest. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen is well stocked.Would definitely book this property again.

The house was perfect and so close to the beach! Fully stocked with everything we needed and very close to all amenities like the grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. The property management was very communicative and available. The unit had keyless entry so they texted me the code and check in/ check out was a breeze! Highly recommend!!

Nice house in a great location

Handy location right off the IOP connector and near the grocery store. Walkway to the beach is across the street, could not be closer.

Great vacation

Perfect location! This house was walking distance to the beach,pool, tennis courts, grocery, and dining. Our stay in IOP was wonderful and we will def be back. This home was the perfect size for our family and had most everything we needed. The only issues we had were minor and the property manager was amazing and had them resolved quickly.

You can walk to the grocery store and to several delicious restaurants. The location is ideal and you have a clean and quiet swimming pool close by if you prefer it to the ocean. The house was equipped with every single thing that you could need while you are away... as if you were, indeed, at home.

Location is a 10

Property was clean and has ample plates, glasses and silverware. There are games and books that are also available. It would have made our stay easier if there was more than 1 paper towel roll and 2 towels per bath for a week stay. Coffee filters should also be an included at this price.

A bathtub drain def needed rodded and/or Draino used, but it was not a huge factor. Great spread of appliances and cookware, washing machines stocked with soap and disposables, house was beautiful and clean. Very pleased with the experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was well appointed, nicely decorated and updated. The bedroom arrangement slept our family of 5 quite comfortably. Loved being steps from beach path. Neighborhood was quiet and nicely walk-able to the "downtown" amenities/restaurants/shops/grocery. Only slight downside is the home was right on the corner of the main drag and we got a little more traffic noise than expected but still not a major issue. Loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Location Decent/ Clean!

It's a solid property. Not the greastest location, but very good. Near a beach access, so walking wasn't too bad. Not on the water, but we reserved it late, so no surprises there. It's not a 5, but close to enough stuff. The traffic on I.O.P is insane! Be careful walking or riding in a golf cart! No keys. Codes only. Not a lot of communication leading up other than general information emails. The check in packet was very good. Better have a good map or GPS. The property is dated, but we knew that, etc A/C only goes to 73.....use the fans. The bedrooms were a little warmer. Great washer and dryer set up. Nice porch!!! It served our needs. Thanks.

We cooked several meals on the grill.The main air conditioning was not working properly but they had huge floor units in two rooms and window units so we were never uncomfortable. There was an wifi outage daily. A Big 'Thank you' to maintenance for taking care of the fishy refrigerator so quickly which previous renters left behind. We also enjoyed the cooled sun room.There's a wide concrete walkway to access the beach right around the corner from the house. We can't say enough good things about this unit. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly good. Perfect proximity to the beach. Space in home and furniture in excelent condition. Some exterior updates are in order, like driveway, balcony needing paint, etc. We flew in from Chicagoland and if you’re paying that much to rent a home, beach towels and beach chairs should be available for use in the home. Also, every other day towel service would have been nice. The one time I requested new towel, I felt like I was troubling the realty company to dare ask for new towel four days into our week long stay.
