    Muy bien decorado un condominio frente al mar dormitorio. Duerme cuatro cómodamente. balcón de la sala de estar con vista al mar increíbles y asientos al aire libre cómodo! Todos los muebles nuevos pisos -beautiful, gabinetes blanco quebradizo, mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de tamaño completo; incluyendo nevera con hielo. Overall the rental served it purpose and it had a great view of the ocean (and such an easy walk!) It's in a great location with a lot of restaurants in walking distance as well. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked, the back porch

We have rented the Sea Cabins 4-5 times in the past several years. We love the location, pier, pool, overall good. All the units are different. This was not a unit I would return to. There was a funny smell, furniture was old and stained to the point we put a sheet down to sit on the coach, dirty rug in living room, kitchen remodel appeared half done with refaced cabinets but not painted white as the rest were. The bedroom dresser was scratched and worn out. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Very basic, bare bones unit. The view and balcony furniture were nice and we liked ammenities overall at The Sea Cabins. Would rent a different unit.

Ocean views!

Great little place. Nice location with water views and just steps to private beach access. Bed isn’t great…need to update mattress AND pillows!😬Stair access only so pack light! Very small apartment but fine for couples.

OUR SECOND HOME

Really enjoyed this property! It’s obvious that they take pride in the condition of the suite. Excellent location. Only complaint is that the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Suggest a foam topper

Ice maker didn't work and some shelves missing plus there was only 1 wine glass. It's still a nice unit.

Not as advertised

When I made the reservation, I asked if the property was in Wild Dunes, and was told yes. It was not. Having Lakehouse rentals myself false advertising on the way, something looks versus the way it is is unacceptable. Did not even stay there .... lost our money and had to book a different place within Wild Dunes where we originally thought we would be.

Sea Cabins

This particular unit was disappointing. Location is great with ocean view. However, the unit itself had stains underneath the couch cushions. No note pads or writing utensils provided. Carpet on the balcony stained and the kitchen cabinets had plastic covers which were bowing because of the moisture. Would not choose this unit again

Paradise By The Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 25 years ago we accidently discovered Island Realty. WE were looking for a lance close to Charlston and contacted them. That fortunate discovery has led to 25 successive years of wonderful service. IR has helped us every step of the way as we have returned each year since then. The people who we have worked with have changed but the service and attention to derail has always been the same. They listen, make suggestions and solve problems. Island Realty is a part of our family.

Screen door wasn't on sliding glass doors. Entry door sticks after keying code...noticed door knob bracket on side was loose. Had to punch in code multiple times to get door open. Keith forgot his hat. Lol

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location but very very small. The TVs were very old,not smart TVs so we only had cable .Needs a new refrigerator that has a working ice maker. Would be helpful if the condo had pot holders and a few extra dish towels. Overall very overpriced for the size of the condo. We rented a lovely 4 bedroom house at Holden Beach NC with its own pool right on the beach for just $200 more a week so we won’t be back.

Location, Location, Location

Our 4th trip to IOP, but our first time staying at the Sea Cabins. We would definitely book again. Listing was accurate, and the Island Realty team was easy to work with and very responsive. Check-in and check-out process was super easy - even arriving after hours. Great communication throughout our stay via phone and text. Best feature of the Sea Cabins - location, hands down. Easy access to the beach, highway, shopping, restaurants (walking distance), and other local attractions. The unit was well equipped - typical (at least in our experience) with many other VRBO properties. As other reviews state, the unit had been remodeled/updated - very comfortable for two people. - four people would be workable, but crowded - especially with a single bath. Units are smaller without much separation between spaces. Perfect for my wife and I. Fabulous view of the beach and ocean, along with sounds of waves on the shore. Nice deck area with table/chairs - and beach chairs included. Only two constructive comments - 1) consider providing beach towels for those traveling by air who prefer not to pack, and 2) though remodeled and relatively clean, the unit could use a good deep clean and general touch up of paint and other surfaces. There was a little more wear and tear showing than anticipated. Overall - a fabulous visit. We will return !

Love this cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this Sea Cabin unit, this was my fourth stay at Sea Cabins and this unit had almost everything one would need. I would recommend a new TV for the bedroom as the one in there now isn't compatible with alot of new technology. Example: It won't play XBOX the correct way, which was a little inconvenient for my son at night but I worked around it. That's the only negative comment that I can say.

Love the location, but disappointed with lack of updates in condo. Has some great features (shower, furniture and flooring), but needs new paint, new tv, new toaster, repairs to kitchen cabinets, and remove old rusted chairs stacked on the balcony. Otherwise, still a good unit to spend time right on the beach.
