Reviewer Comments: The place was not as clean as we would expect. housekeeping came back and did a reclean!The sofa even though it is new is showing a lot of wear and tear we put sheets on it so we could sit on the sofa. It needs to be cleaned. Once things were clean we had a wonderful vacation!

Exceptional Beachfront Condo

I'd highly recommend a stay here! Spacious, immaculately clean, quiet, and well-organized condo. Everything is tastefully appointed and feels brand new. We loved that we could step right off the balcony right onto the beach or pool. The location was perfect -- within walking distance of a Harris Teeter grocery store and plenty of restaurants, and only about 30 minutes from Charleston's historical downtown. Note that, as stated in the description, the elevator does not currently work in this building. There is no "out of order" signage either, which seemed needlessly confusing.

We had a great view of the ocean and enjoyed sitting on the porch, taking in the breeze. Our own steps down to the beach/pool area was a bonus! Beds and living spaces were comfy and the decor was pretty and contemporary. We loved the location and could walk to just about everything. Island Realty was a great rental company to work with. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is STUNNING! As soon as you walk in the door you know you have arrived to a relaxing beach vacation. It looks to be professionally decorated. Everything is in the perfect place. There were plenty of towels, extra set of sheets, well stocked kitchen and lots more. You just walk out the door and there is everything right there! Shops and restaurants. The only time we got back in our car was to visit Charleston which is only 25 minutes away. I would highly recommend this condo so much that we are booking it again next year. Rating: A++

Fully stocked kitchen. Proximity to and view of the ocean are well represented in pictures. Note that it is very close to the pier/public parking, so the part of beach directly in front of the condo can get busy. Not much of a walk down the beach to get to a more secluded spot if that's what your seeking. Would definitely return!

The owners recently renovated and you can tell the pride they take in every detail. It was clean, organized, and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked (and labeled) with everything you’d need. Beds and linens were comfortable as well. Decor is updated and beautiful.

The owner didn't cut a single corner from furniture to dishes. Our group was 3 couples-6 adults and each couple had a room with an attached bathroom. The back patio couldnt be more convenient with steps down to the pool and beach. You will not be disappointed if you book this but please take care of it-this place is an absolute gem.

Besides the exquisite condo you have a great view of the ocean ! All you have to do is walk down the steps and right on to the beach! It was a real pleasure to stay here.
