We really enjoyed our stay here! The price was great and the location was excellent. The house has a ton of character, and it was better than all the mega-sized houses in the neighborhood. We would 100% stay here again. Also, the restaurant recommendations from the host were spot on.

My stay was very good. The cottage was decent. A bit pricey for what you got. It would have been nice for the lawn to be mowed. Overall, it served its purpose.

Very helpful close to the beach

One can walk to the beach in 3-5 minutes; no need to cross major thoroughfares. The beach is not as crowded as closer tot he main pier; it is a short walk away from the inlet separating Palm and Sullivan islands, where a pod of dolphins would sometimes feed. The property manager was very accessible, reacted quickly and efficiently to our requests.

The house was nice and clean and is larger than appears in the pictures. The yard has recently been fenced in which was nice since we brought our dog. The house felt very safe and had everything we needed. It was a few minutes drive to Harris Teeter which was convenient. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I thought so we ended up driving down to the Coconut Joes area to park. We had alot of beach chairs/ accessories and my husband wasn’t with us to help. In the afternoons, I would walk my dog from the house to the beach and it was an easy walk when not carrying a bunch of things. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!
