  • PASEO MUY CORTO DE LA PLAYA! ! Hemos agregado alfombras nuevas en las habitaciones con literas y dormitorios principales. Bonito bungalow en la playa con una gran piscina climatizada (solo pregunte por los detalles) Perfecto para el entretenimiento y la terraza en la azotea para los océanos del océano. Situado a sólo 2 cuadras de la playa ya 20 minutos del centro, esta casa tiene la sensación de una vieja casa en la playa tiempo con lujos modernos. Esta casa cuenta con excelentes comodidades que incluyen una gran piscina con opción de calefacción, terraza en la azotea, Wi-Fi y 4 televisores. Hay un cuarto de baño con una bañera con patas y una cortina de ducha que lo rodea. El segundo baño más grande tiene una ducha y tiene una sala de lavadora / secadora adjunta. El gran porche delantero tiene una mesa de comedor adicional que se puede expandir y un futón para dormir o simplemente leer. Disfrute de la brisa fresca del océano y de las vistas desde la azotea.

The place is very relaxing and the outdoor living space is wonderful. The pool and the flora are outstanding. My grandkids had a fantastic time and so did I.

We spent a week in Isle of Palms with our young adult children. This property was perfect for the vacation we had in mind. It is steps away from a huge, beautiful, and not very crowded beach, and it is in very quick driving distance to shopping and all the local tourist attractions we wanted to see. That backyard pool was like a private jungle oasis, perfect for relaxing. We prepped a lot of meals in that well stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and the shaded off street parking is not common for that neighborhood. I spent every morning drinking my coffee on that rooftop deck looking at the greenery and the ocean. John was easy to work with - very responsive through the app. We highly recommend this place. We had a terrific vacation.

Fun, quirky little place. We had a good time. Too cold for the pool, but the beach is very close. Completely fenced yard is great for a dogs. Off street parking and plenty of places to eat on Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island. Go to Fort Mourtrie just a few minutes away

We had a great time at John’s house. He had great communication during our visit and checked in several times as we had quite cold weather. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Girls trip

Great location, so close to the beach, lots of great restaurants nearby. It was so cold for the pool but we got a lot of use out of the jacuzzi.

Great place and location. The pool and hot tub were put to good use. Plenty of rooms to prepare for a wedding and everything you would need in the kitchen to make a big breakfast! Rooftop deck was perfect for grabbing photos of the area.

Great location and comfortable house

This house is perfect for a family vacation. Close to the beach and a quick bike ride to Sullivans Island. We would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a regatta and loved staying here with the crew!! Backyard pool and tub was awesome! And a great location! Will definitly be back next time we are in town!

Perfect getaway!

The Bungalow was the perfect getaway! Even though it was March and the weather was a little cool, we still enjoyed the beach, walks in the neighborhood, visited downtown Charleston, and shopped in Sullivans Island. The owner was wonderful and helpful to make our stay enjoyable.

What an amazing house! Fantastic view from the rooftop deck, the pool was a bonus and the location was perfect. The host answered every question I had prior to our visit and was very gracious and kind. Hopefully it will be available on our next trip to IOP!
