Outstanding, clean, well-equiped. Newly renovated. Extremely helpful management team. Responsive and loaded with helpful information and suggestions. Has everything you would need. Great patio with views of the ocean. Sun-filled. Comfortable beds and nice bedding and towels.

The room and location were very nice. That was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We were not huge fans of the city and surrounding areas. It was very crowded. There were not very many clothing/retail shops available. The parking was a problem and expensive to pay for.

The property was very organized and well laid out. We particularly enjoyed the porch which has a comfortable couch that you could see the ocean from. It was well supplied with beach toys, chairs, as well as puzzles and games. Everything was labeled and there were plenty of instructions for all of the amenities/appliances. The property is located about a mile walk from the tennis courts and within a short walk to the beach. The beach area in front of Summerhouse was not particularly crowded and has a long stretch of sand.

Refreshed and relaxing

This was our second year at Summerhouse but first at 403. The property was recently renovated and it showed. Condo was fully stocked, everything was labeled to make it easy for us to know where things went. The property was fantastic! We look forward to staying there again next year.

Gorgeous condo

This condo has it all and then some! Things worth mentioning: It comes with a ton of extras that aren't listed- like a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and sand toys. All SO convenient to have! There aren't any pictures of the bathrooms but they are both plenty spacious, and the master has a huge shower and double vanity and a very large closet. The interior decorating is on point and added so much to the charm of the place. Our visit was cut extremely short due to Hurricane Florence :( We were evacuated after only 2 days and were so sad to leave. We're hoping to be back soon to enjoy a full week in this beautiful condo!

Perfection!

This home was amazing! Everything was very spotless and clean, which is most important to me!! I normally do not sleep very well in another bed away from home and the mattress was very comfortable and I slept every night wonderfully! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including snack baggies, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, trash bags, dish soap, etc.... We loved our stay in this condo and would consider renting it again as we normally stay at Summer House. My only suggestion would be a child lock on the main door. My 3 year old kept trying to go out the door to go the the beach because he was so excited! Thank you for sharing your home!!

Great beds- very well stocked and spotless

The Owners have stocked the condo very well-from trash bags and foil to games and outdoor play toys. It’s a bit of a hike Over the dunes to get to the beach so I definitely recommend you bring a beach wagon. We rented umbrellas and chair set ups so we didn’t have to drag all that down each morning. Pool is fine- nothing special but the granddaughter loved it. This condo is on the 4th floor so the fast elevator was a plus. The bedrooms are pretty big. Our king bed was amazingly comfortable. We would recommend this one for up to 5 people. Not too many more bc the living room is a bit small. We mainly spent time on the lanai porch. It was very nice with plenty of seats.

Wonderful place

This condo has one of the best furnished kitchens we have ever stayed in. Even had plastic wrap, foil and zip lock bags. Lots of pots and pans, dishes, glasses. Everything you need. Every light switch was labeled. My husband said they even had a switch for him, the "dummy" switch. Really liked not having to carry a key around or a card to open the door. Just have to have a good memory. I would suggest a chain lock or peep hole in the door, because you are opening the door to the unknown if someone knocks or rings the bell. It was just my husband and myself, but if you have kids, they even had games and boogie boards. Also, had chairs so that you didn't have to rent those. Beds and living room chairs were also comfortable. Not a full frontal view of the beach, but a nice wide side view.
