I’ve stayed at several of these condos over the years. This one, 206A, had all the items to make your stay a good one. It was clean, well stocked, and a great location.

We were very happy with the property and location. The only issue we had was the email didn’t tell me exactly where the rental was inside the complex. The wi-Fi listed gave a number but it was hard to determine which building. I arrived after 5 but after calling the emergency number they promptly helped me find where to go. It was a little confusing so there could be a better description of where the property is. We dropped something and when retrieving it noticed lots of dust under the bed. One of us woke up stuffy every morning. Neither issue was a big deal but I felt it should be mentioned. Other than these small isssues, the place was perfect!

No in room laundry as listed on VRBO. I would’ve brought quarters had I known. Door didn’t latch locked very well. Code given to pool/pier was wrong I had to call. Several outlets were very loose they wouldn’t hold a plug. Door from master bed to bathroom was very sticky & loud to open & shut. Would not stay here again.

Property has a lot of potential but needs some TLC

We enjoyed the area a lot. The unit was clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. The pots and pans were older, as noted by another guest. But they worked fine for our needs. I noticed a few guests stated that all the mattresses need replaced, and I would agree with this. If you are planning to use the bunk beds, I would not recommend using them for anyone over age 7 or so. They are very narrow and the mattresses on them are more like camping pads and are not a normal mattress. Our 16 year old ended up sleeping on the pull-out mattress, which she then added the bunk bed mattress on top. The main bedroom mattress sinks in the middle and is not firm at all. Not the best if you have osteoarthritis like I do. Also, it's easy to miss, but someone needs to clean under the pull-out sofa. Other than this, we enjoyed the property. And the owners were very responsive when we made a maintenance call when we first arrived.

Unit Needs RENOVATION

No working coffee maker, entire unit needs painting, repairs in bathroom, and mattresses should all be replaced.Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. The broil feature on the oven was not operating. Also, there is bare minimum drinkware (except a few glasses) and containers so plan to bring your own. No ice maker in the fridge but they did provide ice trays. The bunks are very small and mattresses old and stained. The one bedroom is TINY with bed pushed against the wall and no room to walk around. The full size mattress is VERY OLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. The TV in the bedroom is also malfunctioning. For what we spent, the unit was unacceptable. We definitely could not have spent an entire week in this unit.

Anniversary Trip

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was just as pictured and clean. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. Very convenient location as well. We loved it. Would definitely book again.

The condo was ok for a weekend getaway. It’s small for a family. It’s dated, but has some upgrades. The couch was not comfortable to sit in. The bed needs a new mattress. The worse part was the noise from the condo upstairs. We could hear them walking back and forth and it was Very annoying! Like I said, it’s ok for a quick getaway, but would not spend a week here and the noise from upstairs will probably keep me from booking here again.

We love the IOP and Sea Cabins. This was our first time staying in this particular condo. It has everything you need...the pots and pans could probably be replaced though, they are in pretty rough condition. Our only complaint was the mattess pad on the bed was NOT comfortable.

Excellent location, easy access to beach and private peer. Short 5min walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of room for 2-3 people and well stocked with amenities for a long weekend getaway. Will definitely reserve this unit for next year’s trip.

We'll be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only complaint I have is there were children staying above us and that got a little loud. It would also be nice if there were elevators. They left the wrong passcode on the fridge so we ended up having to call about that but we got it taken care of with no problem. This is a wonderful place to stay.
