This wonderful Isle of Palms home is perfectly located just steps from the famous Front Beach area, known for its restaurants, bars, shopping, and of course, the beach! Featuring 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living spaces, an elevator, game room, private pool, and multiple covered porches, this home has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area that is ideal for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen features a large center island with bar seating, while the oversized dining table provides plenty of room for meals together. The living room opens onto a covered porch overlooking the private pool.

This four-story home includes an elevator servicing the ground floor through the third-floor living area for added convenience. The fourth floor offers an additional living space with multiple sofas, a large-screen TV, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom — perfect for added privacy or a separate hangout area. The primary suite, located on the second floor, features an ensuite bathroom and private porch overlooking the pool.

Outdoor living is just as impressive with a private in-ground pool, gas grill, outdoor shower, and three levels of porches to enjoy ocean breezes and beautiful sunsets. The rooftop sundeck includes a covered gazebo with Adirondack chairs and partial ocean views, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

On the ground level, guests will enjoy the game room adjacent to the pool area, complete with a pool table, second refrigerator, TV, and table for cards or board games.

Traveling with your furry family member? This home is pet friendly for up to two dogs (30 lb. limit) with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.

The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island, providing plenty of space for gathering and dining together.

The private pool can be heated with at least 14 days advance notice prior to arrival for a $600 heating fee. Please note that pool heating is available for a maximum of one week per stay. During colder weather, if daytime or nighttime temperatures fall below 55 degrees, the pool may have difficulty maintaining the desired temperature.

ELEVATOR: Elevators, like any mechanical system, can break down without notice. The operation of any residential elevator is never guaranteed. While we'll make every effort to resolve if an outage occurs, elevator service disruptions are not eligible for compensation or refunds.

· Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental companies.
· Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.

· Elevator: Width: 33; Gate Opening: 25.5 Elevator is accessible on floors 1-3, it is not accessible on the very top fourth level floor.
