Great House, Great Location

Our family spent three weeks here in March of 25. The house is spacious, well equipped and has great views looking across the 17th fairway, the dunes, and the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but close enough to Charleston that it’s an easy drive for dinner.

Unforgettable views

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Point in Wild Dunes. The house is lovely and has the best view in my opinion on Isle of Palms. The house is situated on the 17th fairway and looks out over the NorthEast corner of the island. You can see birds galore and beach walkers. The wind there is perfect for kites which we enjoyed! We had several issues with the house including a faulty HVAC unit, several broken chairs, and fairly significant faucet link in the kitchen that Sweetgrass was able to take care of during our stay. The house was very clean and the bedding and towels were nice. Supplies for cleaning and extra garbage bags were in short supply and there were only two dish towels so come armed with extra supplies for the kitchen. The appliances were first rate and the kitchen stocked well with utensils. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite the inconveniences with the repairs during our stay. The hot tub was fantastic and a favorite and was cleaned during our stay! I would recommend this house for a larger family gathering

The Perfect Weekend

We rented 58 Ocean Point for a weekend retreat with my office. It exceeded our expectations! The house is wonderful with breathtaking ocean views from every room. The host and rental staff went above and beyond, catering to our every need. It was the perfect weekend in IOP!

Wonderful rxperience

This is a wonderful property on the golf course as well as overlooking water There was more than enough room for we 8 adults and 3 young children The place was well stocked with everything we needed and it was spotless If I could say anything it would be thatt there is only one refrigerator and the wine fridge was not cooling. Thst made it tough to keep all drinks and food cool for the week. You made need to bring or purchase coolers Kitchen was so well stocked but could not find a can opener Renting a golf cart was a game changer for us When we arrived at the pool they did not have us as registered guests but allowed us entry anyways, wasn’t thst big a deal since we just went once but beware Sitting out on the back deck at dusk was magical You will fight over the master suite on the first floor. It has an unforgettable bathroom Woukd love to stay again but longer next time. Seeetgrasd employees were very quick to respond to all our needs and questions

Fantastic Place to Stay! We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The house and property were exactly as listed, and even better for us they had a crib and children toys/books that our baby played with every night. The views from this property were beautiful and the proximity to the beach and restaurants made this a perfect place to stay. We only had 2 adults and our baby and it worked great for us, but a this house would work for a large family as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Exceptional!

It was a delight to wake up every morning to the beautiful view of the golf course and ocean. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near the Links Golf Course with nearby access to the pool and beach. We found that renting a golf cart was a plus in getting to other parts of the property. The home was very clean, beautifully furnished and well appointed. Response to a few issues was the fastest I've ever experienced. Kudos to Kyle and the friendly and efficient Sweetgrass team!

Family reunion at Isle of Palms

We came down to IOP to celebrate the birth of a new grandson in the family, who was born in May in Charleston. We had a wonderful time even though the weather was unexpectedly poor, so we couldn't enjoy many of the IOP facilities, however we would definitely recommend this property highly--right on the beach, close to Golf, biking distance to tennis, association pool. House was in great condition, clean and well appointed.

Amazing home!

Just returned from our trip and wanted to express how much we loved this vacation home. The pictures of the house are amazing but it’s honestly even more beautiful in person. If considering this home, don’t hesitate to do so! Will definitely be back.
