Welcome to our family's beach house! If you're looking for a spacious, comfortable place where everyone can gather, relax, and make lasting memories, you've found it.

Located just outside the gates of Wild Dunes on beautiful Isle of Palms, our classic beach house sits directly beside a beach access path, making it easy to walk to the beach in just a few minutes—without crossing a single street. Spend your days building sandcastles, swimming, fishing, or simply enjoying the ocean, then rinse off in one of the outdoor showers before settling in for an evening on one of our inviting porches.

With over 3,200 square feet of living space, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, plus children under three. Five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and an additional queen bed in the upstairs sunroom provide plenty of room for large families or multiple families vacationing together.

The spacious two-story living room with soaring cathedral ceilings is the heart of the home—a wonderful place to gather after a day at the beach for games, movies, or simply spending time together. Large TVs, cable, Wi-Fi, comfortable leather seating, and a convenient wet bar make it easy to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd, including two full-size refrigerators, a Keurig, a traditional coffee maker, and ample seating. The kitchen island seats four, the breakfast table seats four, and the separate dining room seats eight, giving everyone a place to enjoy meals together.

One of our favorite features is the outdoor living space. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the front porch, reading a book on the screened porch, gathering on the wraparound porch, or relaxing on the upstairs sun deck while listening to the ocean breeze and watching the stars, you'll always find a peaceful place to enjoy island life.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Primary suite (downstairs): King bed with private bathroom
• Guest bedroom (downstairs): Queen bed with nearby full bathroom
• Upstairs bedroom: Two queen beds
• Upstairs bedroom: King bed
• Upstairs primary suite: King bed with private bathroom and direct access to the upstairs sun deck
• Upstairs sunroom: Queen bed in a cozy open sleeping area (no doors), ideal for children or additional guests
All mattresses are newer Serta mattresses selected for comfort.

Wild Dunes Access

Because the home is located just outside the entrance to Wild Dunes, guests may request a vehicle pass at the security gate to access the resort's restaurants, golf courses, spa, and bicycle rentals. Passes are issued solely at the discretion of Wild Dunes gate personnel and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that access to Wild Dunes pools and tennis facilities is not included.

Pet Friendly

We happily welcome up to two dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per stay. Please contact us if you would like to bring more than two dogs.
Please note that beach chairs are not provided, but they are available for rent locally if you'd prefer not to bring your own.

Our home is professionally cleaned before every arrival. If anything isn't quite right when you check in, we'll work quickly to make it right so you can focus on enjoying your vacation. We do not offer refunds if a touch-up cleaning is needed.

This isn't a brand-new luxury rental—and that's exactly why so many families love it. It's a comfortable, welcoming beach house designed for gathering, laughing, making memories, and enjoying everything Isle of Palms has to offer.
