Spring Break Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. The sunrise was beautiful and had a great time around town, Charleston and Sullivan's Island.

Great location, beautiful property!

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The hosts went above and beyond having all the little things on hand that we didn't need to run out and buy. The location is perfect. The pool and beach access are just steps away. We had a lovely vacation on IOP. Be back next year!

The building has luggage carts and ramp which made unloading easy. There were several beach chairs and towels available for use. Unit was very clean and close to the beach. The AC worked great and the showers were very nice. We loved the back screened in porch. Area is very quiet despite being a condo unit.

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the unit. Having a family member with a dust allergy, the ceiling fans, and around the beds were covered with dust, therefore making him feel bad the entire trip. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom and den do not close all the way. For privacy and light, we had to put towels along the windowsill to remedy this problem.

Trip with elderly in laws

The property was very nice and true to pictures posted online. The only negative was the steps to get into the condo. My mother in law doesn’t ambulate well and had difficulty getting into our unit. The ad posted that there was an elevator in the building but you had to go up several steps to get to it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our rental! The customer service that Island Realty provides is excellent. The condo was well equipped and nicely appointed. We had plenty of everything we needed...soap, dish wash, toilet tissue, paper towel. The walk from the condo to the beach was fast and easy. It was never inconvenient to zip back to the condo when we forgot something or needed a break from the beach. We ordered beach chairs and umbrellas each day at a reasonable price as an add-on and they were delivered by 8 am. This was a really great experience for us from beginning to end.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time rental from Island Realty. I have always used another realty company when staying at Isle of Palms. I was not disappointed. The property was really nice and clean. I have rented several condos. This is the first one I have stayed at, that I can say has the most comfortable beds. The only thing about staying on the first floor is it was noisey. That is to be expected at any rental on the first floor. We had a wedding to attend that keep us from enjoying the property. I will return when I can stay longer and enjoy the property.

Very Nice Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Isle of Palms for well over a decade now and usually stay in places like this. This particular unit was definitely one of the best we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great with just steps to the pool and not far from the beach. The pool was not too crowded since it serves a relatively small number of units in only two buildings. There were a few small maintenance issues (slow drains, door latches for example) that need to be addressed but they could be recent and just not addressed yet. It definitely appears the property is well cared for. I will mention that we did have to run out and get a small step stool as the queen size bed was too tall for our four year old to get in and out of so if you have small kids or short adults you may want to consider bringing one with you. We would definitely stay here again.
