  • Amplio 5 dormitorios, 4 ba������os elevado frente al mar en casa con excelentes vistas y cubiertas en abundancia (exterior reci���n renovado desde abril de 2016 y baño principal RENOVADO NOVIEMBRE 2016)! Su familia y amigos querr��n regresar una y otra vez a esta hermosa casa para disfrutar de las vistas frente al mar, camino privado a la playa, patio cercado, porche y 2 niveles de cubiertas para disfrutar de las mejores vistas del amanecer frente al mar. La amplia sala de estar incluye un gran televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y CD, 2 sof�������s y 2 sillas mullidas, además de una mesa de desayuno para 4 personas. La cocina abierta cuenta con encimeras de mármol con asientos en la isla para 3 personas, refrigerador grande de acero inoxidable con dispensador de hielo y dispensador de agua y la cocina está completamente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocina y comedor. Otras características incluyen una gran área de comedor para 8, pisos de madera a trav�����s de primer nivel, internet inal������mbrico, gran porche, ducha al aire libre, parrilla de gas, paseo marítimo privado, estacionamiento cubierto y baño adicional en el primer piso (sólo ducha). Great location! The house was perfect for a large family on a rainy weekend. We played games, enjoyed the porches, and enjoyed the views of the beach when it was raining. We all want to return when the sun is shining.

October Friend Reunion

We had an excellent stay at the property. It was the perfect site & size for us to host a reunion of friends. Check in process was easy and the home was convenient to other things to do in IOP. Something we will definitely consider again in the future.

Excellent property on Isle of Palms

So comfortable and great space for this IOP home. Great home for large groups and beautiful views from the upper portion of the home. Highly recommend this property to be rented!!

Great for family gathering for holiday

Great home and location for family to gather and spend holiday. Amazing views and porches. All spaces were very clean! Kitchen and living area were nicely updated - beds/bedrooms could use a little refresh. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Great location and screened porch is great with kids.

The home is comfortable. A few issues. Organization and locations of items in kitchen and drawers was difficult.

Great Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely beach house. The beachfront location is excellent, and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the screened-in porch. A few additional pros for us were: very nice kitchen space that was well-stocked with any cookware and supplies we needed; brand-new gas grill; outdoor deck shower (with hot water!); beautifully-landscaped back yard with easy beach access. A few cons for us were: - the carpet on the second floor should be replaced (seemed old and dirty to us), as well as some of the area rugs throughout the house- some of the furniture could be updated (particularly the living rooms couches and the master bedroom headboard) - the door going to the screened-in porch is difficult and noisy to open/closeOverall, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider renting this house again if some updates were made.

Location, Location, Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the house are incredible and just a few short steps to the ocean make it a perfect choice. It was very clean with plenty of bath towels. The kitchen, all the bathrooms, and most of the downstairs appear to be recently updated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, lots of utensils and plenty of serving dishes. The one thing I might mention is that the bedroom furnishings could stand some updating although the beds were comfy. I was a little disappointed that the house did not come with any beach towels or beach chairs. For an oceanfront home, these things seem like a must. We rented chairs from a company that set them up and took them down everyday for us so that was nice. Overall, this is a great house with an incredible location.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, roomy with many comfortable spaces, good beach access, nice back yard. The information about the property on the site didn't exactly describe the condition of the house. I would recommend that the owner replace the carpeting and work on the curtains (some are coming are coming off the hooks). Parts of the house were updated somewhat, however, the carpeting was in disrepair and dirty. Also, the curtains barely hanging on the rods.

The house needs some improvements: stained carpets and evidently dogee pee pee on the master curtains. Further, there were large roaches in the kitchen. the garbage bins were full upon arrival and not all were emptied during the stay. The maintenance team was amazingly responsive.

Reviewer Comments: No ocean view from main floor. Master bedmatteress excellent! Ice maker didn’t work for 10 days! This was our biggest complaint!!! Instructions needed with each TV some never worked even after cable guy came. Kitchen was unusually terrifically stocked with everything! Great for a family with children. Only one wash cloth and hand towels in kitchen. I recommend new master bedspread..... Hope this helps! Extremely clean upon arrival!
