This was our second year staying here! It never disappoints! Great location, home is warm and inviting, and plenty of space. We love this house for our annual girls trip!

Loved the fenced in yard so our dogs could be off the leashes. The dining room table was perfect for our candlelight dinners. The walk to the beach was so easy. Would definitely stay there again!!

The beach chairs and wagon were definitely a bonus as we had a two year-old grandson and it made getting to the beach much easier.

Family Time

What a great family holiday celebration! We were close enough to the beach to walk over every day; we were off the main street so there was very little traffic! The house was perfect..large rooms; the dining room table was spacious enough for meals and games and puzzles! Bedrooms were comfy and private. We would definitely stay here again!

Isle of Palm

Property was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as intended. Close proximity to beach and all services and restaurants were 5 minutes or less.

Girls weekend

We do an annual girls weekend with around 10 people. This house was wonderful! Great location, and space! Kitchen was supplied with all the necessities. Easy walk to beach!!

We had to keep our shoes on or the bottoms of your feet would be brown. In the master bathroom you could see where the dirt had been worn off the floor in front of the sink. The floors need a professional cleaning.

A wonderful 80th birthday weekend!

This house was perfect for our large family as there were 4 bedrooms. Everything is extremely nice and clean and they have everything you could ever need in their kitchen!

The property was quite dated. There were some issues when we arrived (we couldn’t get in until 4:20pm because they were still cleaning): A broken lamp, ripped up American flag on the flagpole, and massive dog turds in the backyard. All of that was addressed the next day except the dog mess. We were not able to use the backyard but we had the beach. Make sure you bring salt and pepper and extra towels. Overall the stay was fine -The proximity to a really nice beach was the best!

Spacious yet cozy

We were very impressed with this house. It was not a sterile rental, it felt like our own cozy house. It had everything we needed and enough room for the 7 of us & 2 dogs. We love to cook and the kitchen served all of us. The fences and back yard were well maintained and the dogs could not escape. We are talking about renting it again this summer and it will feel like coming home.

It had a large fenced in yard for the dog and access from the yard to a fenced in area within the 3 car garage where pets could get inside if needed. The location was a really short walk to the beach access. Everything in the house was in perfect condition and was easy to keep up. We hope to return soon.

Millie is a daycare dog but for this vacation she was very living her best llife. Made many friends on the beach.Thanksgiving dinner with my mom and brother were really great.The kitchen is wonderful. Includes a small counter top oven to help keep everything warm. The house was really nice and clean. We definitely recommend .

Distance to and paved public beach access was great! Very clean with updated amenities and plenty of room for everyone. All the available family games were a nice surprise! Was disappointed that the partial view shown in the Island Realty listing was now blocked by neighboring foliage - that view was a big factor in decision to rent this location. Would definitely recommend this property for families - kid and pet friendly!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property and experience overall. Just a couple suggestions, 1) Garage door code provided for one door only. Recommend writing all 3 codes and instructions on white board at bottom of stairs 2) Floors need to be mopped, first day, black feet after walking on 3) coffee pot needs to be replaced, leaks badly when pouring, upper ring with spout is not adhered to glass pot, can be lifted up, 4) Master bedroom, no bulb in ceiling fan making room very dark even with night stand and dresser lights on.
