We needed a big house with lots of beds and this was a perfect fit. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. The big dining room table was great for games and puzzles.

Perfect stay for a family get away.

The house is perfectly located to the different restaurants and attractions on the island. And, located close to the beach.

Fantastic!

The perfect location and accommodations! We didn’t have to get in our car once as everything you need is within walking distance. It fit our family of 14 so comfortably and you can’t get better than this!

The elevator made it very easy for older members of our family to move around the home. As this was our first visit to Isle of Palms, we didn’t realize that the home was so close to so many the beach, coffee shops, grocery store, and restaurants. Nice home with lots of amenities.

40th birthday weekend

We had 20 people stay in the house and it was set up perfectly for us. A 3 minute walk to the Windjammer was the main reason we picked it. We had a blast and we would definitely stay here again.

Graduation weekend

My family and friends had the best time staying in this property. We had a big group of people but there were plenty of rooms and more than enough beds to sleep in. The property is extremely nice and modern. Everything was very clean when we check in. The location is fantastic, across the street from the beach and bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay over all!

We had a great stay at this house. The overall experience was awesome and the house was clean and more than accommodating for our group. The only negative is the check in time that I wish we were able to get into the house prior to 4pm.

Stay on IOP

The house was perfect for our 14 family members, a room and bath for everyone. The home was especially clean and welcoming. The kitchen was large enough for all and the dining areas adequate for our size. We loved being able to walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. My only suggestion might be to supply more kitchen towels. There were plenty of towels in each bath. Overall, I would recommend this home to large groups wanting to be near the beach and all the action of IOP.

Great IOP House

We have been vacationing in IOP for almost 50yrs. The house was perfect for our family; great room/bathroom combos and no bunkbeads. We actually stayed in this house about 7 years ago and it has been updated since then which was nice.
