Beautifully appointed, large home with ample garage and outdoor spaces. Truly a gourmet kitchen in which we prepared multiple meals. Upstairs and downstairs dens and outside porches were welcomed gathering sites. Though the water was too cold to enjoy in December, the pool was still operating and enticing. Perfectly situated between the sand and the Wild Dunes resort.

Great for 2 families to stay together. The internet didn't work the entire time but the Island Realty team was easy to work with and accommodating to the situation.

The house is gorgeous, very clean and spacious, and was so comfortable for my family. We walked to the beach every morning, where we spent hours. When we returned, our grandchildren spent the rest of the day in the pool. The house is in a wonderful location and had everything we needed to have a perfect family vacation. We will definitely return!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed every moment of our time in this beautiful rental. It is roomie and spacious for our family of 9. Only a 2 minute walk to the water. It is well insulated and offers a quiet retreat. We purchased a beach umbrella for our use and left it in the garage store room for other guests to enjoy.We have already booked another week in 2026.We highly recommend this property.My only suggestion would be window coverings over the kitchen sink. The afternoon sun would make the kitchen quite warm.

A Wonderful Place To Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 generations staying together here and it did not disappoint! The beautiful, spacious kitchen was great, and to have 2 refrigerators plus a beverage fridge was a plus. The porches were wonderful for eating and gathering; the beds (and pillows!) were so comfortable. A very short walk to the beautiful beach was great! About a 30 min drive to Charleston for fun, and then back here for relaxation. It was an amazing vacation in an amazing home!

Excellent with 1 exception

The elevator stopped working and the repair man was not able to get it working. Eventually we got it to work from the second floor to the third floor. The repair man said that he would get someone from the elevator company to come but they didn’t come before we left. This was an important reason for selecting this property since we have disabilities that make climbing stairs with luggage difficult and safety concerns.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not find this home to be 5 star. The condition of furniture and rugs - was surprising based on what other reviewers have said. The pool area was smaller and not as nice as pictured. The home needs a thorough detailed cleaning. I understand that we rented at the end of the season (August) and things are typically a little more "enjoyed" by that point, but I think we just expected more based on this house/location, pics, and price point. IMO some of the area-rugs and sitting furniture should be replaced to be on par with this home>The location was good for proximity to beach (5 min walk). There is truck traffic and a fair amount of activity near home as it is by a WD entry point. This wasn't bothersome, just pointing it out for those that may desire a more serene setting. The beach area was not crowded near the 57th walkway - we rented chairs/umbrellas and that worked out well.We managed to have a wonderful time with family at the beach, but would not rent this particular home a second time.

Great Space for Large Group!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The open floor plan was a huge plus for our large family. With individual schedules we could still interact in the same space. The kitchen was very well stocked, especially with cookware. We were missing a blender and management brought one the next day. Aside from a few dirty kitchen items we came upon, and the unfortunate cockroaches we saw, the home was very clean. We were warned that previous guests got stuck in the elevator so we didn’t use it. This was a bigger deal for our family because of a disability. Some family members were comfortable in the beds, others had trouble sleeping because they were too soft. The living room furniture was not comfortable. The pool was clean and is situated half in the sun and half in the shade which we all enjoyed. The garages and driveways were spacious. The house is located very close to the beach, with an easily accessible path to the boardwalk. The closest shopping center is only a 10 minute drive and offers a grocery store, liquor store, and restaurants. We definitely recommend this wonderful vacation home.

Nice house, not worth money

Upon arrival we noticed there were not enough towels and the refrigerator, ice machine and other appliances weren’t working. With the a bit of investigating we found all the circuit breakers were tripped. We opened the dishwasher and there was a load of unwashed dishes. There was no remote for the outdoor tv which we were hoping to watch football on. Called company and they said if we couldn’t find it we could use the switches on the side of the TV (that would mean we couldn’t turn the channels). There were no cleaning supplies or garbage bags, we had to go buy them. The icing on the cake was MANY giant palmetto bugs all over the place. The first being the one that jumped out at us from the fridge when we opened it. Had to call and have them come spray. We still kept finding them the entire stay. Overall the house was beautiful but didn’t seem to be cleaned. Not what we expected for what we paid.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the house from 8/10 - 8/18House - Nice house, really liked the pool area downstairs. Some of the bedrooms were colder than the rest of the house but wasnt a major issue. Garage will smell bad in the morning with the doors closed due to the garbage cans inside the garage. Might be worth finding a place to keep them outside.Location - pretty close walk to the beach access, we had a golf cart that we would use to take stuff to beach access at 57th. Be aware, we got ticketed on our last day for parking on the grass next to access, even though there was no signage saying no parking etc. Check in - This is what brought the review down for me... we got notification at 2pm that the house was ready to go. When we got there, there were kids swimming in the pool with stuff everywhere outside. I guess the owner of the house and their kids came over between check out/check in and there was a miscommunication with them and realty company. Spoke with owner at the time and they acted like they did this weekly. Not comfortable with the fact that they come in after the cleaners come and just hang out, it creates a liability issue for me (if they damage something, my golf cart was already there). I would get the blame for any damage since it was already cleaned/inspected. Realty office was apologetic, but I was told I would get a call from property manager and that never happened. The owner said "at least you got to check in early". I would have rather checked in at 4 and been ignorant of the situation, than walking into our vacation house and seeing people and stuff everywhere after it was cleaned/inspected. Really put a damper on the first day and created a lot of frustration.

Family Beach Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We had extended family from Texas, Mississippi, West Virginia, Kentucky, and South Carolina meet at Isle of Palms for a week-long get together. Some of us stayed at this house and others stayed elsewhere. This house was perfect for a gathering place for all of the family!
