“This was a very last minute decision to go to the isle of palms. Great little condo. Third floor walk up, but great exercise for all the great food we ate! Balcony looking out to the ocean. Very clean, decorated nicely, tons of tv viewing options and kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfy and you can hear the sounds of the ocean from the ivingroom sliding doors. waalking distance to everything! we had brekfast at the Sea Bisquit cafe, lunch at the Dingy and dinner at the boathouse. “The owner has a few things to do to bring this condo up to par. It will get done I’m sure. The owner was very receptive to the issues I brought up and I’m sure the next guests will be happy. We only stayed a few days. The location is very great and safe. Sea Cabin Villas complex looks like it needs a refresh in general. I’m sure many of the condos have been completely renovated. The small twin bed areas could be fine for little kids but the condos are the perfect size for 3 or 4 at the most. ”

“Nice location on the island. The view from the third floor was wonderful. (There is not an elevator.) The beach and the pier were nice. The unit itself is old, outdated, needed some repairs and could use a good deep cleaning. The bedroom is extremely small.”

Pool was nice as well but that smaller pool is a kiddie pool and not a hot tub which you can’t really tell from the pictures. Brian was a very responsive host and helped us with a few questions we had.
