All staff of our hotel speaks English. All rooms of our hotel have air conditioning.Our hotel is 4 stars approved by the Ministry of Tourism. We couldn't find your name in our hotel's records.I think these comments are meant to discredit our hotel.

Das schlechteste Hotel, in dem wir je waren: Arrogante Mitarbeter/innen, Zimmer mit sehr alten und beschädigten Einrichtungen, Schimmel im Bad, dürftige und unappetitliche Frühstück von Vorgestern, alte und gefährliche Stromleitungen wie Steckdosen und,und, und!!! Wir hatten für zwei Wochen gebucht, aber konnten nur zwei Tage aushalten!

Disparaging comment about the hotel because they were not refunded.Our hotel is a ministry-approved 4-star hotel. Customer opinion is false.

Kesinlikle berbat bir otel
Otelde 4 yıldıza dair hiçbir eser yok. Ne konfor ne hizmet ne de kalite adına tek yıldızdan farksız. Berbat bir banyosu; tadına bakmayacağınız ve sınırlı seçenekli kahvaltısıyla deneyiminiz iyice sinir bozucu hale geliyor. Gidip pansiyonda kalın buradan daha iyi.

For a 4 star hotel, there's no teapot for me to boil the hot water, no bathrobes, no box of facial tissues and not even a complimentary water bottles. Another disappointing fact was that the check-in staff didn't even inform me of the breakfast timings and where the breakfast area located at as well as no registering forms indicating the check-out timings. From a guest perspective, it brought inconvenience to guest as they have to keep calling or coming down to the reception. Expedia needs to communicate with the hotel to update the hotel's amenities as it allows the guest/customers to be fully aware of what is expected in the hotel as the current one in the expedia site was not fully updated and incorrect.

No upgrades.... Had to go across the room to charge phones.. etc.. Elevator old.. stop 6 to 8 inches from and then door opens while still in movement.. Change me room from twin to single bed without my permission... Just aweful... Breafast need upgrade.. Organge juice wasnt orange juice - - very sweet orange water.. I can go on and on but i know this country or hotel will not improved..

Je n'ai pas aimé grand chose. Le petit déjeuner était décevant, l'établissement fût un jour il y a fort longtemps très certainement royal... mais c'est un temps que les moins de 50 ans n'ont pas connu. Le personnel est correct.

My room was next to the lift .it was noisy . During the night lots of guest arrival was not good !! the hotel looks 3 star not 4 . How ever the location was convinient and staff were very nice.

Очень не понравилось, отель грязный, старый, никакими 4 звездами там и не пахнет. номер маленький, обшарпанный, район очень шумный, спать невозможно, кормят на завтрак очень плохо, есть вообще нечего

Not bad hotel for its price and location. Very close to train station, good value for room and breakfast, overall its good for a short stay a few days of business.

Room and especially bathroom are not so clean. Very pure breakfast. For 4 stars hotel it was too bad. To stay 1 night is OK, but not longer.

Good location, value for money
Booked hotel as a quick getaway. Its value for money with decent facilities, breakfast and polite staff. Supermarket, metro, tramway, tourist attractions - all close-by. The Wi-Fi was a little slower in the room, than the lobby - but nothing to complain about. Overall a positive experience.
