The hotel is conveniently located near to Karakoy transportation boat and tramway. The area is full of coffee shops and restaurants which probably is a bit noisy during the Summer. I stayed at the main building where there is 24h a receptionist.The room is good enough for a stay of 3-4 days, breakfast is variated and correct. Very clean! I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Genial ubicacion y servicios
Check perfecto y rapido tanto a la llegada como a la salida, trato perfecto por parte del personal de recepcion y mencionar la profesionalidad y el buen hacer de la señorita que atiende en los desayuno. Nos alojaron en un edificio a 100 metros del hotel ( tal y como se hacia referencia en la reserva con hoteles.com). Habitacion y lavabo amplios y en un estado perfecto de conservacion y limpieza. Zona muy buena desde donde empezar cualquier visita a estambul, 5 minutos al puente de galata y embarcadero de los ferris, torre galata a 7/8minutos andando, calle del jotel y la trasera super animada de restaurantes y locales...genial ubicacion. Volvere a Estambul y espero poder repetir alojamiento.

Muy moderno el establecimiento, muy bonito y las instalaciones muy bien ordenadas y limpias. Lo que no me gustó fue q ellos tienen dos edificios uno q esta en la calle principal que es para las habitaciones en remodelacion y el otro edificio en donde está el front desk que está metido en otras calles como a 100 mts

The location of the hotel is very convenient for touring around the city and there are many restaurants around there too. The staff there was very kind and friendly including cleaning staff. The drawbacks were shower and noise outside of the door. The shower room has no door so water easily spilled out from the shower room. The pressure of the shower was very weak. And there was no place to put soap etc on. The hot water was very inconsistent. I could easily hear the sound outside of the door like there was no door in between.

The 3 staff we met at this hotel were very nice and tried to be helpful as much as they could but did not speak English. We booked this property as it stated excellent on reviews. We booked the deluxe room. The room was in an annex building in the next street, we had to walk out to get to main hotel building which had a tiny reception area, small breakfast room on the 4th floor.breakfast which was very very poor. No toast, just dry pieces of bread, toaster that did not work, few cold options of salads, boiled eggs. Thankfully there was tea and coffee. Oh and some corn flakes snd coco pops. Basic room with 1 single snd 1 double bed. Tv with no English channels. No wifi on day 4 so no tv aswell for the last few days of our stay. Not even a good 2 star.

Thank you for your review. There are more than 35 types of breakfast products in our breakfast room. When you do a little research on our televisions, you can see that there are English, Arabic and Russian channels. Don't forget that if you let us know about the problems you are experiencing while you are at the hotel, we can help you in every way.

Pro: Location is very good. It was close to a lot of things to do, see, and eat…can’t get any better than that. Area is nice. Con: bed was not that comfortable, sheets were rough, the room wasn’t completely cleaned, the carpet was sticky, seemed a little dated.

Alles war super vor allem die Mitarbeiter super personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Betten könnten etwas größer sein :). Und Tick größere Zimmer. Jedenfalls würde ich mich wieder für das Hotel entscheiden

Hotel was clean & staff were nice and courteous. Breakfast buffet offered varied choices. Was hard to get taxi to take us to Galataport because it was really close to it. But, it would be hard to drag our luggage on uneven sidewalk.

Zentrale Lage, aber mit viel Lärm
Das Hotel ist direkt im Zentrum von Istanbul, man kann von dort alles erreichen sowohl mit Bus, Bahn oder Boot. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir waren nicht im Hauptgebäude untergebracht sondern in einem Nebengebäude des Hotels, was ca. 200 m vom Hauptgebäude entfernt war. Was mich vor allem an dem Nebengebäude gestört hat ist die direkt angrenzende Hauptstraße mit sehr vielen Autos und einer Straßenbahn. Man hört jedes Auto und jede Straßenbahn bis aufs kleinste Detail, die Fenster sind so undicht das man fast keine Unterschiede hört ob sie nun auf sind oder nicht, was den Lärm angeht. Das Frühstück fanden wir persönlich auch nicht so gut.

Wir haben extra mehr bezahlt, um in dem separaten Hotel von Triada Hotel unser Zimmer zu haben. Gegenüber war eine riesige Baustelle. Wir hatten zweimal Stromausfall! Einmal die komplette Nacht und einmal tagsüber. Es war nicht wirklich sauber! Es war eine dünne Bettwäsche, wie ein Handtuch auf dem Bett, so dass wir die dickere Bettdecke aus dem Schrank geholt haben. Diese war komplett mit Flecken. Es war so eklig! Nachdem wir uns beschwerten brachte man uns mitten in der Nacht noch eine neue Decke. Die Klima ist in der Fensterbank eingebaut und pustet einem den ganzen Tag ins Gesicht. Leider ist die leichteste Stufe noch sehr stark. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, irgendwo seine Gegenstände abzulegen, da es nicht einen Tisch im Zimmer gab. Sehr schwer, auch für Kosmetika oder Damen, die sich gerne schminken. Das Nachttischlicht hat auch nicht funktioniert auf der rechten Bettseite. Es war sehr laut von draußen, da direkt eine stark befahrenen Straße vor dem Fenster war, so dass man nachts das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte.

Good stay!
Very nice stay! Staff was kind and helpful. However, the room was not very noise isolating. You could hear the street and other guests quite easily. But all in all a good stay. Would recommend. Just remember earplugs if you’re sensitive.
