We just had a great stay at this house. Our team was in town for a softball tournament. This house was a couple minute walk to the Gubler softball fields (and Pickleball courts) and a short drive to the Canyon complex. A great grocery store and places to eat are a two minute drive. The house easily accommodated our team. The pool area, was right next door and was definitely a favorite of families who were staying there. The communicate with the host was outstanding and we had no issues. Will definitely look to stay here again if we are in the area.

The stay here was great. Easy check and easy check out. The only complaint I have is the very uncomfortable beds. Otherwise I couldn't be happier with the stay.

Absolutely Incredible

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children thoroughly enjoyed our “staycation” in this lovely home. The home was spotlessly clean and had comfortable beds and great showers. We made s’mores on the rooftop deck, while the sun set over the gorgeous sandstone mountains. The pool area was literally right in the backyard. The adults and kids spent considerable time at the pool area even though it was rainy. I’m 62 and couldn’t have loved the waterslides more. The slides are perfect for young children and grandmas, too. It was such a fun place to meet together as a family.

Perfect spring break

We enjoyed delightful and perfect stay over spring break in wonderful resort community. Steps from lazy river / kid pool, super close to pickleball and Gubler park. We enjoyed every meal on shaded patio. Multi-generational family gathering from ages 54 to 1. Highly recommend. Property management communicates extremely well. We will be back!

Great Location and Great Time

This house was in the perfect location for our family. With the pool right out the back the kids had the time of their lives. The house was clean and with every room having a bathroom attached it was great. When we first got there a chair was broken and management took care of it promptly. We will be staying again!

Nice set up for big family

Loved staying at this location. Carpet needed deep cleaning, but everything else was clean. Very organized and great location. We would stay there again!

Property Appears Great, Get Travel Insurance

The property appears great and we stayed in another property nearby recently so we got to know the area. The amenities of the community are great for all ages and I assume this would have been a great stay BUT we had a death in the family making us unable to stay for the dates we had originally booked. Rather than cancel (as we were outside the cancellation period), we tried to push our stay out a few months and visit later but the property managers would not let us. We had to keep and pay for the rental, unable to use it. I think if a person gets travel insurance to prevent this, the property is a good bet.

Summer Fun

It was a perfect spot for our family. Close to the slides and lazy river. The condo was the perfect size for grandkids and adults with plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable as well.

The place was nice and clean, really liked that every room had its own bathroom, family area is big and we were right next to the pool easy access with the kids. Our kids enjoyed it so much the lazy River and water slides.we would come back again.

Perfect stay

Immaculate house. Has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Location next to kids cove couldnt be beat! Hiked Zion, Kanaara and Red Reef Trail. Absolutely amazing place! Guest services are super responsive! Fully stocked kitchen and very spacious living areas! There were 16 in our property and PLENTY of space! Would definitely book again

Christmas 2021

Overall the home is great, location great. A few things were misrepresented by the property management company: 1) we had no fob / paddle / access pass to get in to any of the amenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym) and this was really upsetting. We use these things regularly and chose this place for these amenities. 2) we tried calling the property management company to provide us a fob pass and while the maintenance person came once, and provided us a fob, he never checked to see if it worked and of course it did not, so strike two there. 3) the garage had bikes there but when we took them out to ride them, they are broken down and old and the chain kept falling off one of the them (dangerous). 4) The TV is only Direct TV with no access to any movies. Investing in at least one SMART TV would be advantageous so that people can utilize their netflix, hulu and other. As was we could only watch a few workable channels. These are minor pieces and if fixed would have given the house a 10/10.

Great location and the living room and kitchen were larger than expected from the pictures. The home has a high chair and pack n play for infants/toddlers. We hope to stay here again.

Great get away

The property was the perfect location for the water park and lazy river which made it so easy with our kids. The place was plenty spacious for our family and extended family and has everything you could ask for to make travel easy. The upstairs balcony was a nice place to spend time in the evening as the sun went down. Only concern was the balcony was trashed when we got there. Garbage everywhere and melted chocolate all over the place. Other then that we would definitely stay there again.

Great House for multiple families

House was amazing, loved the layout with multiple master bedrooms and a large kitchen/great room. Check in and check out process was one of the easiest I have experienced. Another perk was all the fun equipment in the garage for the kids to play with. Would definitely stay at this house again

Awesome location bad beds

This house was in the perfect spot. It backs up to the water park so you can walk right out your back door and go swimming. The beds were not great. The two bunks in one of the bedrooms were very squeaky. The king bed was not comfortable. We had to take the thick foam off the mattress so we could sleep. It made it tolerable. Other than that we loved staying there.
