“It was a lovely old pub and the food was ok, but the rooms weren’t very nice, it all needs a complete overhaul to the bedrooms, if they expect people to stay and give a good review. Lovely breakfast, but room was very poor.”

“Lovely village, friendly and helpful staff, ample free parking. Sadly no breakfast available at the Inn but manager happy for breakfast to be brought in from the village shops.
Pub bar below was quiet, the room was clean and nicely laid out, but a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint to revive it. Overall good value.”

“Food was great, staff very helpful, bar and dining room very tidy and clean, good range of drinks, both alcoholic and soft although I am out of touch with prices so had a bit of a shock. This is not a negative, just reality. Plenty of parking and convenient at the rear to avoid stairs. Some areas are in need of decorating such as stairwell and corridors however not terrible. Outside areas need tidying around the back of the building but the beer garden/smoking area was good. Wheel chair...

“Lovely old building with nice staff and excellent food. Parking can be a problem and the tv system is on satellite and hardly ever works.
But definitely a lovely hotel and we would return.”
