  • Renovated lakefront house with 4 queen BR, 1 bunk BR and 3 full bath, with 10x22 single bay boat slip. This house has an open concept floor plan that is perfect for entertaining, beautiful view of lake, lake access, and plenty of parking. Enjoy outside living and grilling with a large sun deck and a gorgeous fire pit along with outdoor games! Property is less than 4 minutes to Indian River Marina. Enjoy local restaurants and grocery shopping just minutes away!

Great place to stay

Our family of nine had a great time. House was perfect and so close to town. Very relaxing and lake is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again

Perfect family getaway

Plenty of rooms & beds for our party of 6 adults & 4 children. A nice dock in a quiet cove = nonstop swimming!

Perfect as always

Stayed here several times now and everything is perfect for a family vaca. Access to lake and dock is very easy and the house is well equipped and clean. Cove is quiet and good to swim off dock. Thanks for a great stay.

Smith family vacation

House was a perfect set up for our crew of ten. House was clean. Three bathrooms was a big bonus. And laundry room!! AMet the property manager and mentioned a few this to him that weren't working. He was apologetic and aware of the issues.

Lake trip

Overall it was a great trip. The house was clean and roomy. The rocks to get to the lake are wobbly, need to fix or add railings, there’s no way my mom could walk on them.

Lovin me some lake time

We always love our annual trip to Norris Lake. Always try to stay in different location every year. This property is very close to Indian River to put our boat in. Other marinas close by. The dock worked great and being in a cove made it a safe place to swim. The house had plenty of room for our family vacation. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for families

A great property! We had 4 children ages 2-6. The gated deck was a great feature & the kids LOVED swimming in the quiet cove. The adults appreciated the covered fire pit area when the inevitable storms rolled through. Super easy to get to & close to shopping.

Great house and location on lake. Everything worked like it’s supposed. The terrain down to the dock requires sturdy shoes and mountain goat skills.

Great stay

2nd year staying at this house. Loved the new upgrades including the large refrigerator, family furniture and outdoor rockers. Plus some new steps to the water. Great place to stay with young children bc of closed in patio area and short distance to the lake.

Great Stay at Norris Lake!

Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property managers were responsive and had the home set up with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, and a full supply of wood for the wonderful covered fire pit. The property is conveniently located just a short drive from Knoxville and the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The sheets/linens that were on the beds were in need of additional cleaning. They had stains, pet hair and long hair on them. Again, the stay was wonderful overall.

Very nice access to the lake.

Stayed here several times now. Very nice house with plenty of room for 6 adults and two very energetic young boys. Age 2 years. Great lake access with very few stairs. Great dock for boats and for swimming. Owners are easy to work with. Cove is quiet with no fast boat traffic. Very nice vaca.

Not great

The infestation of cats outside the property was an issue plus it seemed that potentially there were cats inside at one point. My daughter and I are very allergic. Also not very clean. Bathrooms had black mold, dishes were not washed. Sheets had stains etc. We ended up renting another home.

The house was fine - the problem that I had was getting to and from the dock. I realize that the water level has dropped, but walking through the rocks and over the wobbly ramp was treacherous for me and the grandkids

Lake vacation

The property next door was not good. House was set up well just really missed a dishwasher. Kitchen is very small. Best furniture we have had in a rental. Loved the covered porch and outdoor area. Lots of poison ivy around steps to the lake.

A great place to stay

This home was lovely inside, and spacious enough for the nine adults in our family. The whole house appeared to be freshly painted, and the decor was tasteful, and “just right.” The dock was very nice, and the lake was wonderful for swimming. The Norris Dam marina was about a 30 minute drive, and we went there twice, renting kayaks one day, and a pontoon boat another day. The Cumberland Gap museum and park were also within easy driving distance, as was the Appalachian Museum. My only suggestion would be to cut down the 3 dead trees in the yard, as they distract from the lovely view of the lake. We had a great time.
