2 Bed/2.5 Bath Townhome In Gorgeous Timeless Amelia Island Steps from the Beach

  • All you need is your bathing suit! Come stay in our lovely completely renovated, well stocked, 2BR/2.5BA townhome located just 1 block from the beach. Private shaded backyard with grill and outdoor dining area for relaxing after a day at the beach. We provide everything you need from beach toys, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach wagon. The house is squeaky clean, easy to access with door code, and includes ample parking. Sleeps 7. Master bedroom suite has balcony overlooking the shaded backyard, the second bedroom has a queen, and we have a queen sized pull out couch in the living room with a luxurious sleep number mattress, plus an extra child's bed that folds easily out of the way when not in use. Please note our townhome has two sets of stairs. We are located in the highly sought after mid-island, close to everything. I block from the white sandy Amelia Island Beach, 4 miles from historic downtown Fernandina Beach with great restaurants, shopping and lovely Saturday Farmer's Market, 3 miles from Ft. Clinch State Park. Nearby activities include horseback riding on the beach, parasailing, Jacksonville zoo. Come stay and make this a vacation you won't ever forget.

This home is awesome. Stocked with everything you could need and decorated beautifully! It was also a very good location. We have stayed in other VRBO’s and this was by far the best! I highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was at our disposal and we could be on the beach within minutes. The place was kept up well and our host was attentive. I would highly recommend as a place for any beach lover!

This was by far a top favorite in Amelia stays for us. Super close to the beach access, and the house is truly stocked with everything, and everything in good condition. We brought our own beach equipment but would have happily left it behind if we'd known what was available. Also plenty of games and sitting areas. We highly recommend.

This was a comfy cozy townhouse well equipped with everything we could want! It was a block from the beach and had a lovely patio to relax on in the evening. Downtown was a short 10 minute drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Pictures don’t do the property justice. Absolutely beautifully decorated and clean. All the necessities were provided, including everything for the beach. Very short walk to the beach.Communication with the host and property manager was immediately responded to.Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property for rental. Much cheaper than hotels. Will definitely stay here again!!!🩷

A very nice home with a very nice location: one block to a most lovely beach. Two very quiet and well kept bedrooms, with a nice outdoor deck. The host and hostess were most friendly and accommodating. It was a great break from a very cold Vermont winter!

Our stay was must enjoyable. The property has all the amenities needed to spend time on the beach. Wagons, chairs, toys, coolers, and towels. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Everyone agreed beds were comfortable; even the sofa sleeper with its inflatable mattress. Thank you for allowing this Fernandina girl the pleasure of coming home and spending time with extended family.

Family beach trip

Beautiful and functional townhouse for 4 adults and three kids to stay near the beach. It was a quick walk with the beach gear provided by Sally, the host. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
