This condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay! The beds are super comfy and it was convenient having beach chairs and towels to use. The beach is less than a 10 min stroll, several nearby restaurants, ice cream in both directions! Parking was never a problem and Jackie was quick to reply when I had a question. Loved the screened in porch and the pool, too. Safe and quiet area. 10 outta 10

Annual Beach Trip
We love this unit! It is so clean and in good repair. We had everything that we needed for our family trip. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which is a huge plus. Jackie is wonderful to work with.

Nice Getaway
This condo was great! We stay at Amelia Landings just about every year, but this is the 1st year we've stayed in this particular unit. This unit was more modern on the inside, with the floors, furniture & decor which I appreciated; it was refreshing. Jackie was a phone call/text away whenever I needed her and also went above and beyond to help us get an item we left in the unit. I would def stay here again!!

Perfect Family Gathering
My wife and I were joined by her sister and brother-in-law for a 5 night stay at Amelia Landing. The first floor unit was perfect for our needs. We greatly enjoyed the wonderful screened porch. Each of the 2 bedrooms has a bathroom. The kitchen and living space met all our needs. Amelia Landings is a very quiet location yet a short walk of less than 10 minutes to the beach. Directly across the street is an access point to the Greenway walking trails. This is our second visit to Amelia Landing and we plan to return.

Great location!!
Very accommodating owner, very clean, screen porch on back of unit gives you the feeling you are in a rain forest, close to salt water pool, easy walk to the beach, well stocked with dishes for families who cook, even a crock pot (great for when you get back from the beach)!

The property was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. But, what really set this property apart from others was how well stocked it was for the guests. The owner was thoughtful and intentional about making sure that she considered and met the needs of the guests. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay!
My family stayed at this beautiful condo near Fernandina Beach. It was so accommodating including the two twin beds for my two boys (ages 11&10). They loved the room! Me and my partner enjoyed the relaxation of the screened porch and recliners. The condo included lots of board games and we had a "family" board game night with pizza! Location is amazing! Close to beach, restaurants, and swimming pool. The pool was clean and warm...so nice!! Definitely will come back next year and will recommend Mrs. Jackie to family and friends!

A great stay
The place was lot bigger than I expected, very clean and stocked with just about everything you need. The screened in patio was a joy to have coffee on in the morning, and just a five min walk to the beach. Anything you could possibly need was within 5 minutes of the location. The two bathrooms made it easy to get ready to go,the kitchen was just like home,the whole place was . Having a washer and dryer in-house was great,and a tv in the bedroom was the cherry on top.

Senior Citizen Getaway
This is the 2nd time staying at Amelia Landings. Beds were very comfortable and extra suppies like shampoo and conditioner were supplied. Condo was clean. The only suggestion I have is for management to provide a railing on the wood stairs. We stayed on the 1st floor but there were 5 wooden steps going up to the door. It was very hard to get our suitcases and stuff up and down the stairs. Our host (Jackie) was wonderful and was gracious enough to pick us up at the Shrimp Festival when our Lyft driver deserted us.
