  • Esta condominio, situada en la planta baja, está perfectamente renovada y es ideal para relajarte y disfrutar de unas divertidas vacaciones en familia cerca del centro histórico de Fernandina. Esta condominio remodelada, con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, está a solo 2 minutos andando de la playa. Las instalaciones incluyen una piscina compartida, un parque infantil, una zona de pícnic, una zona de barbacoa y pistas de tenis y pickleball. Relájate en el balcón privado con unas bonitas vistas a los robles y la fauna, disfruta de la playa o explora todas las tiendas, restaurantes y bares del centro de Fernandina Beach. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y baño en suite.     Very nice condo, with everything you need for the beach in the guest closet. We enjoyed our stay an it was so quiet and relaxing.

    Clean, well decorated, comfortable, and pet friendly. Good communication with host and everything provided. Would be nice to have a night light in the 2nd bedroom. Would definitely consider returning another time.

    This condo could not be in a better location. Because of where it is in the neighborhood, you were able to go out a back entrance and it is a really quick walk to the beach. It is also close to the pool, tennis courts, and fire pit in the neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our family at five. The kitchen is probably the best stopped I have ever had in a rental. Tons of pots and pans, utensils, etc. Everything was clean and the host were very generous with starter items such as trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods etc.

    Wonderful condo easy walk to the beach!

    My family loved this cute, updated condo. It has clean and comfortable amenities, and it's such an easy walk to beach access 24. My family has been coming to Amelia for years, and this is one of our favorite locations. Plus, it's pet-friendly! We would definitely stay here again.

    This is a wonderful property.Great layout, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the best places we've stayed. Friendly neighbors and close to the beach. Would definately return.

    Everything was as advertised. It was a great property and very well maintained. All features were in working order and the property was well-prepared for our arrival. Host is very responsive (less than 5 minute response to my message).

    Cute, clean and comfortable

    This is a very lovely condo. It has all the comforts of a home really…comfortable bed, living area and kitchen open with lots of natural light. It is Close to the beach and not far from downtown Amelia Island. Would definitely recommend.

    This unit is exactly what the listing shows & met our expectations well! One of the best parts of this unit is its location- it’s not in the middle of all the crowds but close enough to everything. We normally stay oceanfront so I was concerned about distance to the beach. This unit is in THE PERFECT location! The walk is direct & short! The beach was not crowded- busy, but not crowded- in this part (which is a big deal for me).Suggestions we have are to be explicit on parking- it took us a bit to figure out where our spot was because it’s not located in the main parking lot (which is where GPS leads). We also weren’t clear on trash/recycling & where that went.We would stay here again for sure! Highly recommend this unit! You won’t regret it!
